I cannot access my return because it is not recognizing my zip code. The return was rejected so I need help accessing my account. I have gone through all the recommended steps already. because the return was rejected, I think this may be why it doesn't recognize my zip code. I am not sure. This is DIFFICULT to explain in email and I really wish I could speak to a person. This is the first year I attempted to pay for an upgrade and I get rejected and CANNOT get a rep on the phone!! My number is ***-***-****
