I recently purchased a new Troy-Bilt XP ** in. Honda Gas Walk Behind Self Propelled Lawn Mower with High Rear Wheels, *-in-* TriAction Cutting System. **Last Friday **** was the first time I ran the mower and cut the lawn, first of all it did a great job and I was able to get my lawn cut in a much shorter period of time then I had with past mowers.**The rear wheel propulsion on the mower worked great but I was unable to engage the front wheel propulsion. After reading through both manuals and reviewing numerous You-Tubes covering this type of issue - I was still unable to get the front wheels to move on their when applying some some of these procedures.**I think the belt for the front wheels may have come off during transportation as Home Depot dropped the mower off at my home.**What would be the next step(s) to getting this issue resolved?**Thank you,
