This is what happened and I want part of our money back. There is no way here in Mexico to contact you but we will be back in the US saturado and you will here about us.*We want to let you know that we did bot get the *Deluxe all included service we paid for. It was not all *Included as mentioned in your package. The lunch was *In a * star place and food was terrible bathrooms *And all facilities were lousy. Snacks at the shop (if you*Could call that a ship) were not free but over charged *The crew was the only thing that was great if it were*Not for them I would ask for a full refund but they deserve*To be paid. I want a partial refund of our payment. *We didn’t have a schedule off the tour. There were almost** unnecessary hours in a *x* island hot and humid*I wouldn’t call this deluxe. The ship didn’t even had *A place to park at the harbor and they had to wait *For the other ships to leave.
