I booked a room in Perry, GA for two nights, but upon calling the motel, I discovered that the wrong nights were reserved. I prepaid for the stay and agreed to pay an extra $40 to change the dates. However, upon arrival, the room was in terrible condition - the door wouldn't lock, the carpet was sticky and dirty, the bedding was smelly and stained, and there were noise disturbances. The hot tub was also out of service. The manager refused a refund and suggested contacting TA for resolution. I paid $[redacted].34 on March 19th, with confirmation number [redacted]8, which I would like refunded. The discrepancy between the room's actual condition and the misleading pictures online was unacceptable. I had to find alternative accommodation due to the state of the room. Please refund the $[redacted].34 to my bank account as soon as possible.

I have longed to visit Yosemite National Park with my family. In December, I made a non-cancellable reservation for a house in Yosemite West (Reservation ID: BR[redacted]7) through TripAdvisor. I was excited about the house, but the owner unexpectedly canceled my reservation made 4 months ago. Despite working with various customer support representatives, I struggled to find a suitable replacement property close to the park. One promising option (Booking ID: [redacted]) did not align in price as originally promised. I learned the owner was fined for the cancellation, but I believe I should receive compensation for the additional costs incurred due to this disruption. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have been receiving calls from the number +1 [redacted] where a man claiming to be from Trip Advisor asks to talk, but hangs up when I respond. Unsure if this is a scam or a genuine Trip Advisor representative, especially since the caller is local to Williamsburg, MA. I haven't made any reservations through Trip Advisor recently. Unfortunately, due to our work permit expiring in Kenya and requiring us to return to the United Kingdom, we are unable to use the reservation. A few days ago, we discussed the issue with our declined booking at La Limonaia. Unfortunately, when trying to rebook, the dates we needed were no longer available due to properties filling up fast. I attempted to reach out after the decline, but there was a delay in internet responses. I've spoken with Trip Advisor, who handles three rentals in Italy for us. They stated they would cancel the booking and clarify the situation to you. Trip Advisor advised me to contact you about a refund for the second booking. I made a reservation at Hotel Via Augusta in Barcelona for 4 nights through Bookings.com at a rate of 96 euros per night. During my stay, there was no communication from the hotel. However, upon check out, they demanded an additional 96 euros. I insisted I had paid for 4 days in full as per my receipts. The hotel manager was unhelpful and rudely insisted I pay the extra charge. When I checked my booking, I saw discrepancies in the daily rates charged. I only made one booking at a set rate through Bookings.com, not different rates as the hotel claimed. I noticed Bookings.com engaging in questionable practices such as intrusive messages and rate changes. I am determined to get a refund for any charges above the agreed rate of 96 euros per day. The hotel's actions of charging my credit card without consent after my departure are unacceptable. Despite my complaints, Bookings.com has not responded. I plan to escalate this matter further, including contacting relevant authorities such as the European Union.

I made a booking for a day tour with Paddywagon through TripAdvisor. I followed the instructions on the voucher and confirmed my pick-up location, which was an established spot. Despite arriving 15 minutes early at the Adare Heritage Center for the 9 AM pick-up, the bus did not stop and drove past us. I managed to capture a photo of the incident and reached out to Paddywagon about this disappointing error. They advised me to seek a refund from TripAdvisor. I arranged a city tour and a visit to the space center in Houston through TripAdvisor. Unfortunately, I missed the tour's pick-up yesterday but decided to go directly to the space center. I reached out to the tour company to explain my situation. Despite speaking with both the tour company and the bus driver, I encountered difficulties getting my tickets. I was instructed to buy new tickets, take a photo of the receipt, and email it for a refund. I complied. However, when I contacted the manager to address the issue, she was extremely rude. She did not allow me to explain, talked over me, and even hung up on me multiple times, refusing to provide her name. This lack of customer service and disrespect is disappointing. I am still seeking help to resolve this matter.

I attempted to contact to have a false review removed, but was told nothing could be done. This response is incredibly frustrating. I am Keith, co-owner of Cedar Valley Resort in Orono, Ontario. There is a review about our park that is clearly fabricated. The reviewer mentions experiences that are impossible at our park due to various reasons. They discuss a seasonal campsite, but we haven't had any availability this year, making their claims invalid. Moreover, the review includes false accusations of us being racist, which is completely untrue and offensive. I urge you to reevaluate this situation and understand that this review is false and damaging to our reputation. It's important to correct these inaccuracies, particularly the racial comments which are harmful and untrue. Please take the time to investigate this matter properly.

During the allowed 24-hour "cooling off" period, I decided to cancel my reservation as permitted under section 8.13 of the T&C for Trip Advisor. Following this, an agent posted a defamatory comment about me on the website due to the cancellation. I am kindly requesting assistance to have this post promptly removed.
I strive to handle this matter transparently and respectfully with Ms. Lopez. The post in question contains inaccurate information and should be taken down without delay. My online reputation is essential to me, given the nature of my work involving extensive travel and rental bookings where I hold high rankings.

I recently shared my feedback about Little Denier restaurant in Eastport, Newfoundland, Canada, as a local resident. My review was focused on my dining experience and food quality, without any personal attacks on the owners. Sadly, another Tripadvisor member posted false and hurtful comments about my personal life, including my wedding and workplace, which are irrelevant to the restaurant review I provided. I kindly request that this malicious and slanderous review be removed or edited to exclude personal information.
My goal in leaving the review was to offer a fair assessment for potential diners and to provide constructive feedback to the restaurant. Attacking a reviewer personally on a public platform is unethical. It seems likely that this is a retaliatory act, possibly by the restaurant management, though I cannot be certain. The lies and attacks in the review about me are baseless and upsetting, creating unnecessary drama in our small town community.

I would like to request a correction to the listing information for Le Patronage at 10 Rue du Patronage, Bazoges en Pareds. The property was previously known as Louina Lodge before I purchased it in March [redacted] and made significant renovations. Currently, it operates as a bed and breakfast with three en-suite rooms listed on Booking.com. The business has been properly registered with Vendee Tourisme, the local Mayor's office, and the Tourist Office. I kindly ask for the previous owner's listing to be removed and for my property to be accurately represented.

I made a reservation through Tripadvisor for the Residence Inn Atlanta Dunwoody. Reservation number [redacted]8. Originally, my reservation was for August 8 through August 14. I called this evening to adjust the dates to depart on August 12. The representative adjusted the reservation from August 8 to August 12 and sent me a confirmation at 6:38 PM. I then asked him to note that we will be arriving late on August 8 as our flight arrives in Atlanta at 9 PM and we would be at the hotel by 10 PM. He told me he made the note and sent me a second email at 6:50 PM. However, he changed the dates to August 10 to August 12. I called back and waited almost 2 hours for a supervisor, but was told they cannot make the adjustment, and I would have to call Tripadvisor. One of the issues being they do not have a room available for Tripadvisor reservations. My rate for the first two nights was $[redacted] per night plus tax. To rebook with the hotel, it would be $[redacted] per night plus tax. Please correct my reservation to the original dates, checking in on Wednesday, August 8 and checking out on August 12. The reservation is for two queen beds. We are two adults coming to work at Mercedes headquarters. Thank you for your help with this important matter, and I hope to hear back as quickly as possible.

Hello,
I am seeking information about my former business, Old Town Memories B&B in Niagara-on-the-Lake. I owned the property from 2[redacted] and received 16 reviews during that time. I sold the property in February [redacted], and the new owner did not purchase the business. However, two months later, they began using my business name without permission, even updating some photos. I only discovered this in June [redacted].
I have taken steps to stop them from continuing to use my business name. TripAdvisor changed the name in July [redacted], but I would like documentation detailing the number of reviews until the name change.
