Booked Hotel Via Augusta Barcelona for * nights through Bookings.com at quoted rate of ** Euro per night. Uneventful stay with not a word from hotel about anything. On departing hotel demanded I pay another ** euro. I indicated that I have receipts clearly stating " paid in full for * days". Requested I speak to hotel manager . Per telephone I explained internet advice says * days charged to my credit card. He would not let me explain *In return he yell at me saying that what I booked. I hang up phone and ask front desk for copy of booking. " Day * * **, day * ****, day * ****, day *****. I make one booking at one rate with Bookings.com. NEVER BOOKED AT DIFFERENT RATES. I monitor Bookings .com . It engaging in rapacious practices like taking over when using other agency such as Expedia, lots of changes and messages which harass while booking, etc. * Bookings .com must refund any daily charge exceeding ** euro. Hotel Via Augusta engaged in theft when charged my credit card after departure with further amount I refused to pay (**). I never book with hotel on line or in person, therefore hotel not entitled to charge me one cent. Bookings . com has not replied to my complaints. I INTEND TO PURSUE THIS WITH RELEVANT AUTHORITIES ESPECIALLY EIROPEAN UNION
