Hello. So I paid my phone bill yesterday. I currently have Walmart family mobile powered by tmobile. *Once I paid the bill all “premium” sms was blocked. So as of right now I can not reply to my bank to tell them that I did send someone money and it isn’t fraud and risk being without money and out of town cause of this. I also can not respond to my pharmacy. And the kicker I can not message or respond to state funded programs like in Texas we have snap as food stamps. This was allowed until I paid the bill. I feel like a tricked and abused child. As well I keep getting agent in districts owned by the USA and that’s fine until they start saying that it’s tracfone and safelink isn’t offered. I offered to send them links and proof but they won’t have it. I can not get help as I only have one phone. My husband is a disabled veteran and we had two phones but bought a phone card to activate his even though we were told countless times that was fine but it isn’t and he was put on a **$ plan so we lost out on that money and had to just return the phone or pay close to ***$ to be on the same plan when the phones were bought that day. *Is this really what T-Mobile has become?*I will be waiting a few days to give y’all time to respond to me before I go viral and get the word around. *The fact that I was lied to and the brochure says safe link discounts available and now after being handed off for months they’re telling me no they never had that and don’t offer it. *To have my service agreement changed without my knowledge when I should be grandfathered in or at least given written, verbal, electronic for warning that services and plan was changing is pretty messed up too. Then being told * times to turn the phone off and back on and it would be fixed but since I only have one phone they can’t help me. *I have worked for T-Mobile I know the restriction just needs to be removed and changes saved. *Is the business going under that y’all are needing to con people?***** I’d even pay extra to keep using my bank, rx, hhs, and other six digit text numbers. But being told only **’digit numbers when I got to u via ******. *Well shame shame. *I’ve been with y’all months and was told I could port my number after activating, wrong, safelink, lies, adding a line, waste of money scammed, I was even robbed via the phone we returned after being told it would be wiped and sent to a return center. Once return center got the phone all the charges began. Had to close all bank accounts and credit cards and many apps too like Walmart cause they were using my Walmart pay. I’ve reached out begging for help and a fair real solution to all these things and honestly the wind cares more about whispering in my ear then a single employee at T-Mobile or Walmart cares about my past experience or current with the company. So now I face the possibility of not even being able to give my daughter a thanksgiving day meal, she’s two and a half this will be her first real memory forming one, and y’all don’t care that blocking out of no where my bank will freeze my account and start that process again. Do you remember your first thanksgiving? We live six hours round trip from my family so here will be maybe a turkey hot dog and a regular day now if this isn’t fixed. The lack of empathy and fact u can see constant issues is what actually kinda hurts. Robots are more empathetic then the employees I’ve interacted with. *What do we do now??*Shele Newkirk***********
