I have a Samsung Galaxy S* I bought it two years ago. Never been dropped been in a case since I have had it and had a screen protector on it at all times. Looks brand new. I am now having the problem of it freezing up and going to a multicolored looking screen. I have to take out the battery every time it goes into this mode to reset the phone. I have manufactured the phone to the original settings. And it still does the same thing. I have called Samsung and they told me to call Tracfone that y'all could do something with the phone. The warranty has expired this year in February. This is my second Samsung Galaxy S*. The first one only lasted for * months and went to a black screen. I can hear it boot up but no picture. I would like to see if they both can be fixed. After this I think I wont buy no more tracfones dealings. or Samsung Galaxy's...
