I have a alcatel Raven A***BL phone from safelink and Tracfone. I have had the phone activated, my number from Metropcs transferred to the new phone. I was using the phone then for the last two days I have no phone, the message states that I cannot make a call because I am not on a network. I have already paid tracfone for unlimited talk and text . I tried to talk to customer service for two hours and got no help at all. The last person I talked to told me to wait for two days and then call again. I am disabled, in a wheelchair and cannot get out to a store to get this solved. I have not gotten help from safelink or tracfone. I need help.
