I recently bought a Total smartphone at*Kmart in NYC. However, I had too many*problems with the p***word, and yesterday*returned it. I wqs refunded for the phone,*and the warrenty* but the **** dollars for the plan, the card said*not refundable, eventhough I did not*use it. Kmart told me to contact you*for refund ***istance for that*********
I trust that Total Wireless will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
