Total Wireless’ refund and return policy ensures customer satisfaction. If you are not completely content with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a full refund. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase. However, some conditions apply. The returned item must be accompanied by its original packaging and accessories, and it should be in the same condition as when it was received. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a Total Wireless error.
