Dear Tinder, I am puzzled why I can't create a new account using a different phone number or email. Could it be because I am using the same Apple ID? My previous account is linked to: Email: [redacted] Number: [redacted]4 If I do not receive a response within 48 hours, I will explore legal options for what seems to be discrimination. Despite my previous emails, I have not received any replies. It is unfair to target individuals who have been banned without providing a reason. This lack of communication is distressing. I revoke permission to use the mentioned email and phone number for any inactive profiles. Kindly delete the account or allow me to do so. Account details: Email: [redacted] Sincerely,

Hello, I would like to address an issue that occurred some time ago regarding my banned account. At that time, my interactions were inappropriate, and for that, I sincerely apologize. I regret using the app in a manner that made others uncomfortable. Since the incident, I have made significant positive changes in my life. I have been sober for 18 months, attending a recovery program, and embracing a new set of spiritual beliefs. I humbly request for Tinder to reconsider unbanning my account. I acknowledge my past mistakes and am genuinely sorry for my past behavior. Sincerely, T.B. [redacted] [redacted] Best regards

Hello, I've been communicating with a person on Tinder named Chloe Eastwood. Unfortunately, I have realized that it may have been a scam where she asked me for money due to various reasons like a stolen purse and needing financial help. Initially, I sent her £[redacted] for her supposed needs and later an additional £[redacted] for a phone. Following this, I sent £[redacted] for a loan that she promised to repay. Subsequently, she claimed to owe £[redacted] for a water bill. Upon these red flags, I have come to terms with the possibility of being deceived. The person provided her email as [redacted] for communication and suggested using PayPal for transactions. I feel foolish for falling into this scheme and want to warn others about potential scams like this. I have evidence of our conversations and the details she shared, including her address. Any advice on how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I realized that my Tinder Gold account was compromised approximately 8 days ago. The unauthorized person changed my details including gender, email, preferences, and even engaged in promoting massage services. My name on the account is "Craig" and I logged in using my phone number [redacted] or Facebook. The full name associated with the account is "Craig Campbell" and the email linked to it is [redacted] I took swift action by deleting the account on the spot without prior notice to the Tinder support team. I am seeking assistance to reinstate my Tinder Gold subscription under a new profile. However, I am concerned as the hacker might still have access to my phone number and Facebook details. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Craig.

I have been seeking assistance for the past three days. I recently purchased a year's subscription with adultfriendfinder, but I would like to give it one more shot. I had two accounts that were both refunded. Could you please provide me with a one-month Platinum membership to test it out again? Just like how you gave it a try and I appreciated that, I think enduring 3 weeks with a dysfunctional account deserves some customer support. I believe I do not currently have an account, but I am considering buying another year of the dating service. I hope you can rectify this situation and retain me as a customer. Thank you.

I have been unfairly banned from Tinder despite not violating any terms of use. I never used inappropriate language, posted inappropriate pictures, or did anything to breach community guidelines. Surprisingly, my credit card was charged for a year-long subscription after upgrading to Tinder Gold. I kindly request assistance in restoring my account. I would appreciate guidance on resolving this matter. Thank you.

I registered on Tinder using both my cell phone number and email. Initially, I logged in with my phone number and received a verification code via text. However, this method stopped working a few days ago. After reaching out to customer service, they advised waiting for two days. Even after following their suggestion, the issue persisted. Additionally, I have a paid subscription. Upon contacting customer service once more for assistance in accessing my account, they shocked me by stating that my account had been deleted, yet I still needed to cancel my subscription. I am seeking assistance in fixing this issue so I can regain access to my account by logging in with my cell phone number.

Hello, I'm Magdalena. I recently realized that my Tinder account got banned this morning. After reading the terms and conditions, I understand that it happened because I included my email address in my bio, which is against the rules. I apologize for any trouble I may have caused. I am hoping to know if there is a possibility to reinstate my account. Thank you for your help in advance.

I was banned because they claimed I was underage, but I am 19. I feel uncomfortable providing my ID online to log in. I tried contacting support, but they were unwilling to listen and did not assist me. The support email was also unhelpful. I am disappointed in the quality of Tinder's support. If my privacy concerns about sharing my ID are not addressed, I will delete Tinder and use a different app. I do not want to risk identity theft by sharing personal information like my driver's number and address from my license. The ID verification process is unsafe and illogical.

When I attempt to message someone on the app, I encounter a notification saying, "Catch us on the flip side. Swyping is better in portrait mode." However, I am already in portrait mode. I am attempting to compose a message, not Swype profiles. This problem started recently, and I never had issues before. The notification doesn't appear when I am Swyping, except if I tilt the phone to auto-rotate. I tried turning off auto-rotate and keeping it in portrait mode, but it didn't work. I use an Android phone for messaging without problems on other apps. I'm not sure if the issue is with my phone or Tinder specifically. I'd appreciate any help to fix this issue. Thank you.

I've been using Tinder for a while now and recently I haven't been getting any matches. In the past, I reset my profile multiple times which always resulted in getting a lot of matches. However, after examining my current account, I am certain that there is an issue with the algorithm. Even though I have a premium subscription, it doesn't seem to make a difference. I have good photos and a well-written bio, so I don't believe the lack of matches is due to those. I think Tinder needs to find a way to reset my account to address this problem.

Good evening, I recently had my Tinder account blocked due to a situation with someone I discovered was using a fake profile. I believe she reported me unjustly, resulting in me losing access to the app. I have always followed Tinder's terms of use without any issues in the past several years. It is disappointing that they chose to believe her over my honesty. If Tinder reviews my last conversation with Mathilde, they will see that I did nothing wrong and that she was the one being aggressive. I kindly request assistance in restoring my Tinder account. Thank you, Best regards, Corentin

I would like to bring to your attention a user named Greg Voss who continues to be on the site despite multiple reports. Greg Voss appears to be active on various dating platforms, often without a picture, and uses multiple email addresses. He has been reported on Match and Meetville, using both his real information and fake accounts. Described as a 41-year-old man with an 18-year-old daughter and a 23-year-old son, he targets women aged 18-25. Greg Voss engages in manipulative behavior, portraying himself as sweet and romantic before pressuring women to send him pictures through text and chat apps. It is important to be cautious of his deceitful ways. If encountered, please take necessary actions.

I am currently unable to access the email associated with my Tinder account ([redacted]), resulting in me being unable to receive the password reset link and log in to my account. Is it possible to send the password reset link to a different email address or my registered phone number ([redacted])? I have put a significant amount of time into my profile and have a paid membership, so starting a new account is not preferable. Looking for guidance, Roman Totta [redacted]

My Tinder account was unexpectedly banned, possibly due to a photo violation. The removed image was an anime picture that might have been considered inappropriate. I admit to the mistake and assure you it won't happen again. I value your rules and request another chance as I was banned without warning. My contact details are [redacted][redacted], I used the name Sergiu on Tinder, have an iPhone XS, and my email is [redacted] Please reconsider my interactions which have always been respectful. Thank you for your understanding. Wishing you happy holidays, Sergiu.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to address the ongoing ban on my Tinder account. It has been banned for several months without any clear justification. I have always maintained a respectful demeanor on the platform, never posting inappropriate content or being disrespectful to any users. As a business owner, being able to connect on Tinder during these challenging times is particularly important to me. I hope to have this matter resolved promptly. Thank you for your attention to this issue. David P.

Dear Customer Service, I am writing to address an issue I recently encountered. While using the texting platform, my account was unexpectedly banned. This occurred when I mentioned being 16 years old; however, I am actually 22 years old. As a loyal gold member who abides by the terms and conditions, I respectfully request a prompt resolution to this matter. I have already contacted CCT, who informed me that the ban was related to supposed violent behavior, which is inaccurate. Please review my correspondence with Mr. Ryan and rectify this mistake at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

To whom it may concern, I have been receiving numerous emails asking me to verify my email address for an account on Tinder. However, I never created any account on that platform. I am writing to request that if there is an account associated with my email address ([redacted]), please close it down immediately. I attempted to follow the link provided in the email, but since Tinder is not accessible in my country, I could not proceed. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Saleha

To the relevant party, I have been receiving numerous emails prompting me to verify my email address in order to secure an account that I didn't create on Tinder. I am writing to inquire if there is an account linked to my email address ([redacted]) and if so, I kindly request for it to be deactivated. Despite attempting to follow the verification link provided in the email, access was restricted due to Tinder being prohibited in my location. I would appreciate your assistance in closing down any account connected to my email address. Best regards, Saleha

Hello, I paid around £90 for Tinder about 6 months ago. I only used the app for about 2 weeks before canceling my account. Today, I saw that you have been charging my bank account £90 without my authorization. I did not use Tinder during this time period. Please refund the £90 back to my account. Thank you. - Anthony Ivor Lewis, Email: [redacted]
