Hello, my name is Jim Tripp, a now-former Tinder Gold user. I believe I was signing in under *****@***.com, though I was getting receipts from my in-app purchases sent to my other email address, *****@***.com. **I opened up the app this morning and was surprised to see I had been banned without warning or reason given. I had recently reported what I thought was a woman when I swiped on her but upon initiating conversation, it became clear very quickly that she was either a bot or a scammer or who knows, maybe both? But otherwise I've just been swiping and chatting, and fairly innocently I believe. I can't think of any instances of an inappropriate conversation that was unappreciated by any of my matches, I didn't have any racy pictures posted, and my bio was basically a rap I wrote, a BLM, and a short list of words describing me. **I was also spending a lot of money on your app - on top of being a gold member, I was purchasing multiple boosts in a day, multiple * packs of superlikes in a day, and I've only had the app now for less than a week. I paid for a month of gold with plans to renew for longer. I realize now how sad that sounds, lol, but if it helps my case - you are cutting off someone who was literally constantly spending money on the amenities you offer. **Please consider lifting the ban - or at least giving me a solid reason as to why you did. What if I had just matched with who I believed to be my soulmate? **Thank you for reading my probably too-long note, and for your consideration. Have a great day. Stay safe.
