I need assistance with my subscription refund request. I accidentally purchased the yearly subscription instead of the monthly one, which was advertised at $9.99 per month. I paid $[redacted] upfront. I haven't received my purchase confirmation email yet, and I can't request a refund because I don't have the order number. Any help would be appreciated.

Last night, I registered on your app, and I recently made a purchase for a 1-month subscription for $29. However, after the transaction, the app repeatedly prompted me with notifications like "Take the next Step" and "upgrade now." I was unaware that my Apple ID card would be used for payment, and I would have reconsidered the purchase had I known. I was surprised that the sale went through without me entering my credit card details and then received a confirmation. As I tried to investigate the payment method, my phone, an iPhone XR less than 3 weeks old, started freezing intermittently. This caused two additional purchases while I was attempting to resolve the freezing issue. I urgently request the cancellation of the recent order as I do not have sufficient funds for the additional transactions. I need the remaining balance after deducting the $29 subscription fee. Please provide prompt assistance in this matter. Contact me at my phone 1-[redacted].

I had a Tinder account linked to a phone number I no longer have due to changing providers. My account is now locked. I created a new account, but I cannot make any purchases because Tinder recognizes my new account as being used by another. They also charged me $[redacted].99 for the [redacted] subscription on my old account, which I cannot access. I've tried to cancel and get a refund but haven't been successful in reaching out to them. Can someone please assist me with this issue? My phone number is [redacted].

I was billed for Tinder Plus unexpectedly. The charge was made to a Visa card, which I don't own. The billing address also shows California. I didn't intend to subscribe to this feature on Tinder and I want a refund for the mistaken charge. The money was taken from my Apple ID. I received a receipt via email, which alerted me to the payment. I am concerned this might be a fraudulent transaction and would like it to be looked into promptly. I would appreciate it if a representative could reach out to resolve this matter. Thank you.

I recently attempted to create a Tinder account using my phone number ([redacted]) but was informed that I had been banned, which is impossible as I've never used the app before. Unfortunately, I fell victim to a scam by a woman I met on another dating site who has since scammed me out of $50,[redacted]. She used my phone number to receive verification codes under the pretense of it being for her clients, unbeknownst to me that she was involved in fraudulent activities. I suspect she may have used my phone number on Tinder as well. I have evidence of her fraudulent activities, including photos and screenshots, and would like to clear my name and phone number associated with Tinder. The woman's legal name is Ann Kimberly Poland, and she goes by the alias Victoria Walker for soliciting prostitution on other platforms. Please reach out to me so I can provide the evidence and rectify this situation. Thank you. Sincerely, Carmine V.

I attempted to create a Tinder account today using my phone number, [redacted], for the first time. Surprisingly, I received a message stating that my account was banned, even though I have never used Tinder before. In the past, I unknowingly allowed a woman, who turned out to be a scammer, to use my phone number to receive verification codes for her "clients." Over time, I shared these Tinder verification codes with her. After discovering her fraudulent activities, I found out that she is involved in soliciting prostitution under the names Ann Kimberly Poland and Victoria Walker on various websites. It seems likely that she may have misused my phone number to create a Tinder account. I possess evidence such as photos and screenshots of her illegal activities and would like to clear my name. Please reach out to me so I can provide you with the necessary proof to address this issue. Thank you. - C.V. My phone number was improperly used by the individual mentioned above to create a Tinder account. As a result, I am unable to access my intended account. I kindly request that you disconnect my phone number from the account she established and lift the ban on my phone number. Feel free to keep her account banned based on her details and pictures, as this phone number does not belong to her. Thank you.

I noticed that my chat history with this guy vanished from both the app and the website. Initially, I assumed he unmatched me until I received a notification about a new message from him. I could see and read the messages but wanted to confirm if my chat history had reappeared before replying. Unfortunately, the messages are still missing, leaving me unable to continue our conversation unless he messages me first. Your assistance is appreciated.

I have been a Tinder Gold member for a couple of years without any issues, app glitches, or interpersonal problems. I have been quite successful using the Tinder app until this morning when I was unexpectedly banned. In the past three months, my interactions on Tinder have been minimal and harmless. I have not breached any of the app's terms of service, and as someone working in the government sector, I am careful to adhere to guidelines. The ban seems to have occurred without any valid reason, given my long-standing premium membership. I am eager to have this matter resolved promptly. Thank you.

I upgraded to the gold level on my Tinder account but decided shortly after to delete my account. I wanted to request a refund of $[redacted].99 but realized the receipt email was deleted from my trash folder. I need information from the receipt to request the refund, can anyone assist me in getting my refund without the receipt? Your help is greatly appreciated.

I had a great chat with a girl named Bri (Brigitte) from California, but the conversation disappeared. Could you check if she unmatched me? It would be helpful to receive notifications when we get unmatched with a reason. I noticed other users experiencing the same disappearing chat issue. This is quite frustrating. My linked phone number is +[redacted]2.

Dear Tinder Team, I am concerned about the security of your payment processing method, as it does not require an OTP confirmation when making a payment. This leaves the door open for potential misuse as the amount is quickly deducted from the account. Additionally, your app does not clearly display the exact amount that will be charged for a subscription plan. As a result, I would like to switch my subscription from a 12-month plan to a one-month plan and have the difference refunded to my account. The payment was made on December 28, [redacted], using an ICICI Bank debit card. Thank you for addressing these concerns.

I recently found the Tinder app on my iPhone, which I don't remember downloading. I need to know if there's an account linked to my phone number [redacted] or any activity recorded with it. This is crucial to clarify, as it's affecting my marriage. Thank you for your assistance.

My Tinder account was unexpectedly banned without a clear explanation. I carefully reviewed the terms of use and found no violations on my profile. I simply have three personal photos and minimal information about my dislikes. There is no inappropriate content such as violence, trades, or improper language. I believe the ban is unjust as I was not given an opportunity to appeal or contact customer support for clarification. I value your policies, but it is frustrating to not know the specific reason for this action.

Earlier, I attempted to create a second Tinder account using the same phone number. Simultaneously, my main account had the phone number removed. I did not connect any email or Facebook account to my main profile. Now, when I log in using my phone number, the app prompts me to create a new profile. Details of my main Tinder account: Name - Henry, Age - 19, School - Binus University. Phone number linked to main account: +[redacted][redacted].

Hello, I have been using Tinder for a while, and it has been one of my preferred apps. Unfortunately, my account was recently banned due to a photo of me with a joint in my mouth. I am confused as many others share images of themselves with bongs or more explicit content. I would like my account to be reinstated, as I was considering purchasing Tinder Gold to explore its features and my matches further. Any assistance on this matter would be highly valued. Thank you and looking forward to your response.

I am seeking assistance to identify the individual connected to the account under the email [redacted] on Tindating. My husband denies any involvement, and for the sake of my marriage and peace of mind, I am hoping to get some clarity. I am aware of data protection regulations and assure you I am not seeking any sensitive details, only a name or any relevant information you can share. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello. I recently purchased a $14 coins package on Tinder to give it a try. Unfortunately, it did not work as I expected. Shortly after, I received an email notifying me that I was charged for Tinder Gold, which I do not want as I do not intend to keep using Tinder. I am looking to have the Gold status removed from my account and to be refunded for it. The email regarding the charge was received around 1:15 am on December 31. Any assistance on how to proceed with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Cory M.

Hello. I have only been a member for two days, as a non-paying member. During this time, I have not interacted with any other users or messaged any of my matches. I have only been swiping. I was in the process of upgrading my account when the site crashed, causing me to log out. However, when I tried to log back in on the app, it prompted me for a new registration code. After entering the new code along with my phone number, I was informed that I have been banned. I am unsure of what I might have done to warrant being banned.

I signed up for the site recently. I haven't connected with any users yet, just swiping. I was trying to upgrade my membership on the app when it crashed. Upon re-trying to log in, I was unexpectedly asked for a verification code via my phone number. After entering the code, I was surprised to find out I was banned. I am unsure of what led to this and would appreciate access to my account once more.

My iTunes/iCloud account was charged $99.00 on December 30, [redacted] for an account that no longer exists. I am unable to access this old account, which has been inactive for over a year. I request a refund for the $99.00 charge. The name on the former account was James Darcy Moran, and the previous phone number associated with the account was [redacted] (which has since been canceled).
