Hello, I have had my account banned for the second time. I am unsure of the reasons as I believe I have not violated any terms of use. The banned accounts are connected to the numbers +[redacted]3 and +[redacted]79. I would appreciate clarification on the reasons for the ban to avoid making the same mistakes again, even though I am unsure of what errors I may have made. Thank you. Djordje

In November, I purchased a one-month Tinder Gold membership for ₹[redacted]. On December 19th, the same amount was debited from my card without my permission. Lately, I've been receiving notifications of new messages on the app, but when I check, there are no messages. Sometimes the entire message thread is missing, other times the person is still in my matches, or sometimes not. Just a few days ago, after getting notifications, the conversation was there without any new messages. I messaged back, and hours later, his messages from the previous night suddenly appeared (timestamped for that night). He messaged me again last night, and now he's nowhere to be found! I was really looking forward to meeting him. His name is Bradley, in case you have records of our chats. Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated.

I subscribed to Tinder Gold today, attracted by the advertised price of $6.96 for a year, much lower than the monthly and weekly rates. To my surprise, I was charged K1218.03 Zambian Kwacha, equivalent to only K96.09 based on the exchange rate. Feeling it was misleading, I am seeking a refund as this wasn't what I budgeted for. I appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter.

I'm experiencing issues with my Tinder account. I was having a conversation with another member, and things took a wrong turn. I unintentionally offended the member when I asked for clarification about a term they used. Consequently, my account got blocked. I'm currently in a disagreement with my boyfriend about our initial meeting. He believes we are a tinder couple, while I think it only counts as meeting when he asked for my number in person later on. I want to retrieve the conversation we had on tinder before I deleted my account and inadvertently stopped responding to him. I attempted to view our conversations on my profile, but as I deleted the entire account instead of just the app, our match and chat history disappeared. Is there a method for me to access this information?

I am having difficulty uploading pictures to my profile. This problem has persisted for some time. I contacted Tinder customer support a month ago regarding this issue. I attempted to resolve it by reinstalling the app, using different wifi networks, and even creating a new account. Despite these efforts, I am now receiving a new error message stating, "Oops, something went wrong, try again later." My phone's software is up to date, so it appears to be a bug in the app. I have granted Tinder all necessary photo permissions, but the problem persists.

I have a suggestion to improve the platform. It would be beneficial if notifications to matches could be disabled when users upload new photos or update their bios. This feature inadvertently signals to individuals we are engaging with romantically that we are still exploring other options. While I am keen on uploading new pictures, I hesitate because I don't want someone I am seeing casually to misinterpret my intentions on the app. If they wish to view my profile changes, they can do so directly without a notification prompt. It would be great if you could consider this adjustment to enhance the user experience of the app further. Thank you for taking the time to review my feedback.

It appears that my phone number is linked to someone else's Tinder account. When I tried to create a new account, it automatically logged me into their profile, showing me their information. I promptly logged out, but I'm unsure how to proceed to set up my own account. This has not occurred with any other apps I've used, making this situation quite unusual.

I was charged twice by Tinder for a product that did not work. The first charge was $19.98 and then a second charge of $29.99 within an hour. I followed their instructions and sent an email with all the requested information, but they have not refunded my money yet. I am requesting a refund for these charges. Their service and the app are disappointing, as nothing worked as it was supposed to.

I received an email informing me about a recent purchase made using my Apple ID for Tinder Plus on an unfamiliar device. The email provided an order number and a document number to cancel the purchase. It was billed to a Visa card from Morgan Hill, CA.

Hello, I encountered a problematic situation with a Tinder member who is falsely claiming to be in the army and engaging in a romance scam. I have evidence through WhatsApp of him requesting money, and trying to persuade me to cover the expenses for him to go on leave. When I declined due to affordability concerns, he then asked for £40 vouchers for Steam games. I seek assistance to prevent other women from falling victim to this individual. I am fortunate to be aware of these tactics, but others may not be as lucky. Your support in addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I was deeply offended and insulted by Mr. André van Deudekom. I had simply swiped left whenever his picture appeared on Tinder. However, he matched with me yesterday just to call me a weird woman and accuse me of stalking for swiping him to the right. Am I not allowed to use Tinder as intended by swiping right? Could you please remove this man from Tinder in the Netherlands? His behavior is unacceptable. He quickly deleted his angry messages, so unfortunately, I couldn't take a screenshot. Hello, This morning, I received a message from someone I know showing a screenshot of my boyfriend's tinder profile. I believed he wasn't using tinder as we are in a relationship. When I asked him, he denied using it since we got together. Another concern is that his recent tinder profile picture was one he had just taken, and he claims it was synced from his Facebook profile change. Can tinder do that? I'm worried and need advice. I recently got banned from the app for allegedly not being old enough, which I believe is based solely on my appearance. I am actually 19 years old and I'm shocked that I was banned without being given the opportunity to prove my age with documentation. I was born in [redacted] and I only joined the app yesterday to connect with others. Waking up to find my account banned for a rule I didn't violate is quite frustrating. I would appreciate it if my account could be reinstated, and I'm willing to provide my ID for verification purposes.

I used to receive likes and matches on my Tinder account without any issues. However, after deleting my account and creating a new one, I've noticed a drastic decrease in activity. Even after purchasing a 6-month Gold membership, I'm not getting the usual attention even after boosting my profile. This is very unusual and concerning, especially considering the significant investment I made in the membership. I'm hoping to resolve this issue without wasting any more money.

As a gold member with an upgraded membership, I am only receiving three matches from other upgraded members. Previously, I had a lot of matches with regular users on the app, but after experiencing technical difficulties that have now been resolved, I am only getting matches from other upgraded members. I would like to receive matches from non-upgraded members as well, not exclusively from those with upgraded memberships.

I recently bought a Tinder Gold subscription through the app and was surprised to see that it cost $82.99. I usually pay close attention to my purchases and thought it would be around $10, but it turned out to be much higher when I checked my Apple Pay account. I immediately deleted my account since this expense is beyond what I can afford. I was unaware of the actual cost when I made the purchase. Is there a way to get a refund or some credit back?
