I have noticed that my birthdate is incorrect on my account, showing me as 19 years old instead of my actual age of 21. Due to this error, the matches I receive on Tinder are not suitable as they are based on the wrong information. I have a Tinder Gold subscription, and I believe this age discrepancy is rendering the app ineffective for me. Kindly adjust my birthdate on my account to reflect my correct age. I can be contacted via the email address linked to my account, [redacted] I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you! - Klaus_A

I recently received an SMS from "Tinder" with a login security code, even though I no longer use the Tinder app on any device. I have been attempting to report this privacy concern through your website but have encountered difficulties. I am extremely worried about my account being hacked and someone impersonating me. I urgently need to discuss this security breach with a representative.

Hello, I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share that unfortunately, I've been banned from Tinder. I believe I followed all the guidelines, and this is the first time this has happened in my four years of using the app. Is there any way to appeal the ban so I can reconnect with friends? I assure you that I will adhere to the guidelines in the future. The Facebook account linked to my profile is under the name Amber Blu. Thank you for your assistance and time.

I have been using Tinder like any regular user, trying to make connections. I have thoroughly reviewed the community guidelines and terms of use, and I have not found any violations in my conversations or actions. Surprisingly, my account was banned without any clear reason when I tried to access the app. I am unsure why this action was taken, and I would appreciate it if I could get an explanation and have my account reinstated.

My profile has been blocked without a clear explanation. I believe in treating others with decency and I am surprised by this action. If there was a complaint against me, I would like to know the full details and who lodged it. It is important to investigate complaints properly before taking such actions. I request a detailed explanation and ask for my profile to be reinstated as I believe I have done nothing wrong. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Lance B. I’ll be turning 20 in January. Recently, my Tinder account was banned for the third time. The first ban was likely due to an inaccurate age from my Facebook. The second ban may have been because of the first. Now, my third account has been banned because of the previous two. I am a Tinder Gold paying customer and genuinely enjoyed using the app. I am asking if my most recent account can be reinstated. I apologize for any violations and assure you that I will not repeat them. I am eager to hear back from you.

My account has been banned. I only updated my phone number from my old one "+[redacted]81" to my new number +[redacted]67. My primary number should be kept private from social media, and I wanted to use my new number +[redacted]67 for social media. I didn't think updating my number violated any Tinder policies.
Additionally, my Facebook account got banned while signing up using my old number. Could you please assist me with this issue? Your help would be greatly appreciated. I recently obtained the new number +[redacted]67, and now I can't log in to my Facebook account since it got banned. Thank you for looking into this matter.

Hello,
I recently received an email from Tinder regarding an old account I had made years ago. The email mentioned that my account would be deleted in 60 days if I didn't take action. Out of curiosity, I clicked the link and found my old account. After closing the page, I later tried to access my old messages but encountered an issue. I am unsure if the email was genuine. I didn't enter any passwords. Can you verify if the email I received was valid? The email address used to send this message was [redacted] Any assistance on this matter would be helpful.
Thank you.

Several months have passed since this issue arose, and now I am trying to access the app again without success. I used Tinder occasionally, maybe a few days each week without violating any known guidelines after reviewing the terms of service. Upon logging in after a brief break, I was surprised to see a notification stating that my account had been permanently banned. Despite having purchased Tinder Gold multiple times, I was not provided with any explanation. I reached out to customer support via email politely, but the response appeared automated, emphasizing the seriousness of account bans and suggesting there was a valid reason. The final outcome of my communication was that nothing could be done to reinstate my account. I suspect my ban may have been a mistake, similar to documented cases reported by other users, but Tinder seemed unwilling to investigate further or assist with resolving the issue.

Tinder: I'm a 19-year-old male who recently created an account. I noticed users stating their correct age if it was wrong on the app, so I humorously wrote, "actually 15 idk why it says 19" in my bio, accompanied by emojis. I did this because it's evident I'm not 15 due to my beard. My intention was to jest with my friends. I would appreciate it if my account could be reinstated or deleted, or if I could create a new account with my matches to avoid interrupting ongoing conversations. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can offer.

Recently, I made the mistake of letting my ex stay at my house. While I was asleep, he accessed my phone, deleted my Tinder account, and created a new one with inappropriate content, including a reference to "OnlyFans." The new account has been banned, and I am unable to access it to delete it. I've created a new account with a different number, but I can't purchase Tinder Gold due to my card being linked to another account with remaining subscription time. How can I fix this situation?

Hello, I recently shared my telephone number, [redacted], with a friend, assisting them with a small amount of money over Skype. The profile in question is "lequeeme." However, this individual, who is possibly using a fake profile, is paying in CFA while residing in France and now has my telephone number associated with their app. I have changed my email address and created a new one, but I am unable to update the billing details because it is on Android. I suspect this profile is fraudulent and aimed at deceitful activities. I wish to report this profile, "lequeeme," as they are using my telephone number that I have since changed. Even though I updated my email address, there might still be some access to my data through the application on their Android device. I am unsure of the necessary steps to rectify this situation.

Hello,
I am seeking assistance with my 'Tinder Plus' settings. An issue arose when I intended to only purchase the 'Unlimited Likes' feature, but instead, I mistakenly acquired other options including Passport, Rewind, additional profile controls, monthly Boost, and five Super Likes daily. Currently, the 'Unlimited Likes' option appears in red, yet I do not have access to it and cannot use unlimited right swipes. I am hoping for guidance on how to exchange the unintended options for the desired 'Unlimited Likes'.

I recently downloaded Tinder and only used it for two days. I had no information in my bio, didn't match or have any conversations with anyone, and now my account has been banned. I was considering purchasing Tinder Gold, but now I can't access my account. I believe my account was wrongly banned as I haven't violated any guidelines. I am hoping to find out how I can get my account unblocked and why it was banned in the first place. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I recently connected with two other Tinder Gold members, but our chat suddenly disappeared in the middle of our conversation. I switched to WhatsApp briefly, and when I returned, I received a notification about a new message from the same person. However, the match had completely vanished. As a Tinder Gold member, I wonder if there is a maximum chat length when talking to international members. I am quite frustrated because we were having a great and respectful conversation. I hope there is a way to restore this connection as I suspect a technical issue. Yesterday, I thought the person had removed the match, but experiencing the same situation today with a new message makes me believe there might be a glitch.

Hello, I signed up for Tinder but have decided to delete my account. I contacted support to ensure my account was deleted, as I was charged $41.08 on December 6th, [redacted], for a six-month plan. The support person assured me no charges were made, but the amount was indeed deducted. I want confirmation that my profile is removed, and I won't face any future charges. Thank you.

After my Tinder account was hacked on Thursday, I deleted it and created a new one. However, I've been unable to access my likes despite having Tinder Gold membership until October [redacted]. When I try to upgrade to Gold, it prompts me to do so, but then says it's linked to an existing account. I've changed my Facebook password, deleted the account, and tried restoring purchases multiple times, but I'm still unable to access my likes. I'm wondering if the hacker may have opened a new account or if there's an issue that's preventing me from seeing my likes. Any assistance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am a new Tinder user. Unfortunately, in my initial excitement using the app, I accidentally swiped left on all profiles without realizing it. I then upgraded to Tinder Gold hoping that the "rewind" feature would allow me to revisit these profiles, but sadly, that is not the case. I wish to reach out to the Tinder team to explain my situation and kindly request that they "rewind" all profiles for me so I can have a fair chance at connecting with someone I may have missed. I take full responsibility for my oversight and appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

I demand a refund of $39.19 that was charged to my credit card without authorization. I cancelled my account two weeks after the initial subscription. Your 14-day policy for card charges is unfair. How many people don't catch these fraudulent charges? You deserve a severe penalty for your actions.

I was charged on my credit card account, and when I checked Google Play for my order on November 26, [redacted], there was no confirmation or details available. I have already been refunded $22.99, but I am still waiting for the refund of $26.99 charged on the card ending in [redacted]. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted] Please process the refund for the charge.
