I bought Boosts and used 2 today. My phone kept notifying me of new likes, but when I checked the Tinder app, it said 'something went wrong'. I haven't received any new likes. I feel frustrated for wasting my boosts and would like a refund. This issue has occurred multiple times, and I'm tired of paying for a service that doesn't function correctly.

I recently created a Tinder account just 3 days ago and have been quite active. I included some information about myself in the About section and uploaded a few pictures of myself, my family, and my cat. I suspect my account was banned because I added my phone number to the About section since I don't engage much in social media and noticed others had shared alternative ways to contact them. I was becoming enthusiastic about the app and was even considering getting a membership. I genuinely enjoyed my time on the app and was hopeful about meeting new people. My account was banned approximately an hour ago, which has left me feeling a bit disheartened. I would greatly appreciate the chance to have my account reinstated, and I assure you that I will refrain from sharing my phone number in the About section moving forward.

I have been attempting to locate a direct email address for Tinder customer support to address a recurring issue with my account. Whenever I log in, my account freezes with my profile picture at the center of the screen and an annoying animation around it. I have tried refreshing the page without success. Occasionally, going to my profile tab, clicking edit, saving without changes, and returning to the main tab resolves the problem, but it only works about 30% of the time. I have already enabled the location setting on my phone before logging in, ruling out this as the cause. With my background in website development, I suspect the issue is on Tinder's end. I believe the site would function more efficiently if they allowed users to manually input their location instead of relying on a paid location service. This would lead to more accurate matches compared to the current situation where I am shown matches from different countries or locations far from me. If you can assist in resolving or explaining this issue, I would appreciate it.

Hello, my account has been banned. I recently realized that it happened because I have a Gold subscription on Tinder, but I stopped using the app when I started a relationship. It seems my girlfriend used my account after I told her I wasn't interested. The phone number linked to my account is [redacted]. I would like to know if it's possible to get unbanned or receive a refund for the unused Tinder Gold subscription. I barely used the service and now I'm unable to access the app. This is my first issue with your service, and I'm hopeful that my account can be restored. Thank you.

I was wrongly billed $[redacted] on my Apple account for [redacted] super likes on Tinder that I didn't mean to buy. The options for buying super likes changed, and it was easy to mistakenly purchase a larger amount. I did not choose to buy them intentionally. Even after contacting Apple and the app store for a refund, I haven't received a response yet.

I am facing an issue with my Tinder account. I was communicating with someone on WhatsApp who hacked my account by obtaining the verification code sent to my phone. Consequently, my Tinder account was banned. Despite explaining to Tinder that I was a victim of hacking, they insist the ban is due to breaking rules. I am frustrated as Tinder seems unwilling to consider my situation. Is there any possibility for them to lift the ban, taking into account that I was hacked and not at fault?

I recently discovered that I've been charged $29.99 monthly on Tinder despite canceling my subscription and deleting the app a year ago. I'd like a refund and for my credit card information to be removed from your system. I used [redacted] to sign up but no longer have access to that email. I was unaware of the charges due to not receiving notifications. Please respond promptly with a resolution, or I'll have to take further action by contacting my bank.

I recently got a direct message on Instagram from someone mentioning they found my Tinder account. The thing is, I've never set up a Tinder or any dating profile. It seems like someone is pretending to be me. My name is Samantha Mongeon, and in the fake bio, they even included my Instagram handle, which is samanthabobantha. I was hoping you could help me in taking down this fraudulent account. Thank you.

Recently, I met someone from Tinder who invited me to join them at a pub before going to their house. However, during the encounter, they made advances but then asked me to stop twice, which I respected and left promptly. After receiving an apology text, I chose not to respond and now find myself wrongly accused of assault. I have involved the police to address this serious matter. Despite my Tinder account being banned, my main concern is the safety of others. I believe this person's behavior might have been repeated in the past and could happen again. These baseless accusations are harmful, and as someone who values respectful behavior, I am troubled by this situation. The individual mentioned they are used to more forceful behavior, which does not align with my conduct. I hope this issue can be investigated further to prevent potential harm. Thank you.

For the past month, I've encountered issues adding or changing photos on my profile on Tinder. This problem persists despite being able to perform the same actions on match.com. I previously contacted Tinder for assistance, but the problem remains unresolved. If this attempt does not result in a solution, I will cancel my Tinder account. When I try to add a photo, there is no response, and though I can delete photos, I cannot add new ones. This limitation is causing my photo library to dwindle, affecting my experience on the app. I appreciate your help in resolving this matter.

I was trying to verify my account, but I didn't receive the verification code on my cell phone. After researching, I came across a forum suggesting I use an online number, which unfortunately resulted in my Tinder account being banned. I didn't know this was against the rules as I have been using and paying for Tinder without any issues for years. I feel like I've been mistaken for a bot. I promise to avoid such issues in the future. I recently went through a tough breakup and was starting to connect with amazing people on Tinder, which I have now lost access to. This situation is very frustrating for me. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Good afternoon, I hope you can assist me. I don't have any technical issues with my account; however, I would like to change my 12-month contract to a 6-month one. As my job will require me to travel extensively starting in late January, I won't have much time for Tinder. Can my account be adjusted to maintain the gold standard membership but for a 6-month period instead of 12? Thank you for your help. John

I have successfully received match notifications from several individuals, but unfortunately, I am experiencing difficulties in sending and receiving messages from them. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the app, restarting my device, and checking the online version without any success. This problem has persisted for multiple days, and I'm eager for a resolution. Any additional suggestions to help rectify this issue would be greatly appreciated as the inability to communicate with my matches is quite frustrating.

Hello, I am looking into a situation where a woman was contacted on Tinder by someone claiming to be Maurice Austin and has scammed her out of £85,[redacted]. I am trying to find out who created the account and their contact information or email address. I'm not implying that Maurice Austin is the real identity of the individual, but it's the name used on Tinder. I can provide the profile picture if needed.

I successfully bought Tinder Plus with my debit card. Now, I'm having trouble upgrading to Tinder Gold; my US card is being declined, possibly due to the purchase showing 13 Euros instead of US dollars. I need help resolving this issue. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Parker, and my birthday is October 20, [redacted], making me almost 19. I created my account when I was 17, just a few days before my 18th birthday. I believe I was banned due to my age not meeting the requirements. I acknowledge my mistake and apologize for not waiting until I was 18 to create the account. It has been almost two years since I was banned, and I would like to see if there is a possibility to reinstate my profile. I understand the rules better now and regret not following them initially. I did not engage in any harmful activities; I was merely underage by a few weeks. I truly regret my actions and hope to have my profile back.

Last night, while navigating Tinder, I accidentally purchased 25 super likes instead of the intended 5 due to the close layout on the smartphone screen. As an unemployed individual, I cannot afford this extra expense. The pop-up was misleading in such proximity. I kindly request a refund for the unintentional purchase of 25 super likes. Thank you for addressing this issue promptly. -Ivan Lightbody

I connected with someone on Tuesday, and we chatted on Tuesday and Wednesday until around 4:00 pm. Later, he disappeared from my matches. Even though I got a notification of a message from him on Wednesday night, there was no message visible. Today around 2:00 pm, I received a message from him, but all our past messages were gone. I responded multiple times, but it seemed he wasn't getting my messages. I attempted troubleshooting steps, but none worked. He messaged me three or four times today, and I replied each time, yet he didn't receive any of my messages. He bid farewell and vanished from my matches once again. I assume he unmatched this time.

I'm confused; I used to receive matches/likes consistently. I've been a gold member for quite a while, and it appears my app may be experiencing technical issues. If I have been shadowbanned or my ELO score has dropped significantly, despite being a gold member for months, I find this unfair. My account needs to be rectified because I have been a gold member for an extended period, and it is unfair not to receive the usual benefits of Tinder despite paying for them.

I am facing a distressing situation where someone is using the Tinder app for revenge porn against me. This has led to a warrant being issued for his arrest, but he is evading the authorities. The fake profiles contain my intimate photos, phone number, and address, causing me significant distress. The email addresses associated with these fake accounts include [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] The perpetrator is using the phone number [redacted] to create these profiles. I urgently request assistance in blocking the IP address linked to these fake accounts and for their immediate removal. I have also been bombarded with calls and visits from men who have been misled by these accounts, putting my safety at risk. Any help with the police investigation would be greatly appreciated.
