Hello,
I am experiencing difficulties with viewing profiles to swipe on. I attempted adjusting the radius and other settings, but it did not resolve the issue. Furthermore, I am no longer receiving notifications for messages and other activities as I previously did.
I am using Tinder on my PC through the website, and the same issues persist on my phone.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Best regards.

My name is Kathleen O. and I reside in King City, Ontario. Recently, I encountered a concerning experience with an individual named Brandon, whom I went out with after connecting on Tinder. During our interaction, he made unsettling remarks, leading me to feel unsafe. Even though I have taken steps to remove him from my contacts, I wanted to raise awareness about this incident to prevent it from happening to others. If further details are required, please reach out to me via phone at [redacted] or through email. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Last night, I was using Tinder as usual, and I've been a user for a while. This morning, when I tried to access my account, I noticed that I was logged out, which is unusual because I never log out. After filling in my details, I encountered an "age restriction" message. This is confusing to me since you need to be 18 to use Tinder, and I am 20 years old. I have always had a positive experience with Tinder, recommending it to my friends. I feel disappointed that my account seems to have been unfairly restricted. I follow the guidelines, do not behave inappropriately with my matches, and do not present myself in a vulgar manner. I hope to get assistance with restoring my account. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I recently attempted to log in and received a notice that my account has been banned. I had purchased a 6-month subscription for $[redacted].99, valid until 2/29/[redacted]. I was unaware that my content was violating any guidelines, although it was explicit. In comparison to the numerous ads soliciting services, I didn't see an issue. Despite my ban, they are still planning to charge my account. I did not authorize these future charges and wish to prevent them.
My primary request is for a refund since I can no longer access my account. While a full refund may not be possible, I am hoping for a prorated refund for the unused portion. I am willing to amend my profile to comply with their regulations.

The person with the ID **, who claimed to be a software developer living in Bengaluru and studying at Sheffield Hallam University, was extremely abusive in his messages. Despite not having screenshots, his inappropriate language included phrases like 'Will you **** with me?', 'I wanna **** you', and 'I will open your *** and **** you'. This experience has been distressing, leading to a desire to delete the Tinder account and avoid creating another one in the future. Any actions taken by Tinder would help alleviate the situation, and it's crucial to address this person's behavior. It is unknown if his Facebook ID is linked to the Tinder account, but any information provided by Tinder would be appreciated.

Hello,
I am grateful for your app that helped me connect with someone special while I was in Poland. Unfortunately, a misunderstanding has caused a rift in my relationship. I need clarification on when I deleted my Tinder account to reassure my partner and rebuild trust. Could you confirm the date of deletion and the method of sign-in, which was solely through Facebook? This information is crucial to save my long-distance relationship. Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
Carl T.

Hello, as a concerned mother of a young teenage girl, I recently discovered that false accounts were created on Tinder using my daughter's and another girl's pictures with fabricated information. Sadly, my daughter was contacted by a stranger as a result. I am shocked that such a thing can happen. The implications of such actions are alarming, especially when innocent young girls are unknowingly exposed to potential risks. I am considering reaching out to the authorities or legal counsel to address this matter promptly. It is crucial to hold those responsible for these actions accountable. I strongly feel that measures should be in place to prevent such incidents in the future. Your prompt assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

To Whom It May Concern,
I have been a regular user of Tinder for almost three years. Lately, I have noticed that my profile seems to be shown among the last users, despite having a subscription for the past four months. I suspect this is due to the ELO mechanism because I tend to swipe right frequently to be open to meeting new people, even platonically.
I have recommended Tinder to many friends as I believe in the platform for social interactions. However, I feel that my current situation is unfair given my years of activity, referrals, and the amount (approximately 80€) I have invested in this as a student.
Therefore, I kindly request a reset of my ELO ranking. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Antonio S.

I recently signed up for Tinder using my phone number. Although I've added photos successfully on the web version, I'm unable to write any information about myself or my interests. When attempting to edit my profile, I can only manage my photos. There is a button called "working version" that seems promising, but when I try it, I end up on a confusing screen resembling a stock market graph. I've tried clicking around, but it doesn't lead me to edit my profile. Additionally, others' profile texts are cut off with an ellipsis, and I can't view the full content on the web version. I prefer not to use Tinder on a phone and I do not have a Facebook account. Thank you for your help with these issues.

I have been banned from my Tinder account for no apparent reason. I have reviewed the guidelines thoroughly and have not violated any of them. I rarely use the app and have just started exploring dating apps. I am selective in my interactions and have never been disrespectful to anyone. I maintain a respectful and appropriate approach, and I am disheartened by this unjust ban. It has discouraged me from online dating, which I was already cautious about. Please reconsider and lift the ban on my account. It is frustrating to be penalized without cause when others seemingly manipulate the rules without consequence. To cultivate a community of high-quality individuals seeking genuine connections, it is essential to differentiate between those who are sincere and those who are not. My intention is to find a meaningful relationship, not casual encounters. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Rhianna.

I want to bring attention to a user named Greg Voss, who is known for using various email addresses on multiple dating sites. It appears he often doesn't upload a picture but can be found on platforms like Match and Meetville. Greg seems to have both real and fake accounts where he engages in inappropriate behavior, potentially due to being a sex addict. He frequents dating sites, chat rooms, and video chatting apps to interact with women, sometimes using text and burner number apps to communicate. Despite being 39 years old with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, Greg typically targets women aged 18-25. He manipulates conversations, portrays himself as a victim of his past relationships, and eventually convinces women to exchange explicit messages and photos. Afterward, he cuts off contact abruptly. His contact details include his real name, Gregory Voss, his workplace at Big Number One Motor Sports in Homewood, Alabama, his residence in Adamsville, Alabama, and some of his known email addresses like [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted] It's important to be cautious if you come across his profiles online.

I am experiencing ongoing technical difficulties with messages and contacts becoming intertwined. For instance, when I try to access Michael's messages, I am redirected to Phil's information instead. Furthermore, when attempting to remove Phil's connection, it inadvertently deletes Michael's content, whom I wished to keep in touch with.
I have already attempted troubleshooting steps such as reinstalling the Tinder app and logging out and back in. As a Gold Member, I am seeking guidance on correctly deleting my account without repercussions and setting it up anew.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in providing instructions for the proper deletion and recreation of my Gold account to mitigate this recurring issue. I have come across warnings online regarding account deletion resulting in a shadow account, and I would like to avoid this.
The recent mix-up affected a connection that I deeply care about, prompting my urgency to resolve this matter. Thank you very much for your anticipated help.
Warm regards,
Artemis

I notice that Tinder currently doesn't permit name changes, creating challenges for transgender individuals like myself. It seems that fewer trans individuals are using Tinder as a result. Unlike Tinder, OkCupid allows name changes, provides diverse gender options, and offers more inclusive services. While Tinder allows for transgender identity selection, it only offers interest options in men and women, limiting possibilities for non-binary individuals. As a trans person interested in dating fellow transgender individuals, it's frustrating to sift through profiles of people not aligned with my preference. Having to disclose my real name to matches due to the name policy adds further complications. Respecting individuals' names and identities is crucial in creating a welcoming environment.

I previously reported this issue to Tinder. Their response regarding my banned account being due to not following guidelines was unsatisfactory and generic. I strongly believe I did not violate any terms as I had no issues with messaging or interactions on the platform.
Initially, I brushed off the ban, but the lack of clarity continues to frustrate me. I cannot help but wonder about the actual reason behind this action. The only possibility I can think of, albeit unlikely, is that a person I met on the app started harassing me outside the platform, persistently messaging me after being unmatched.
I feel unsettled and violated by this situation, as I seek to understand what transpired.

I connected with a girl on Tinder, and after asking for her number, she disappeared from my matches. Later, she messaged me with her number, but I didn't save it. Although I can only access the message from my android notification, my phone doesn't have a notification log, making it hard to retrieve the message. Even on the computer, she doesn't show up in my matches. It seems she unmatched me before sending her number, yet she must still have me in her matches since I received her message. I believe Tinder is causing this issue. I really like this girl and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I am concerned that my Tinder account is displaying my location as Panama after posting an ad on Craigslist. I have attempted to resolve this issue by deleting the Tinder app and re-installing it. However, I am unable to log in using my phone number or email address. When requesting a login link via email, it does not arrive, and entering my phone number results in errors or the incorrect area code being filled in. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue promptly.
Thank you,
Randy

I want to inform everyone about Greg Voss, a deceptive individual who frequents various dating sites both in the US and internationally. He tends to avoid sharing his picture, but can be found on platforms like Match and Meetville, sometimes using legitimate and fake accounts simultaneously. Greg is a 39-year-old with a 16-year-old daughter and a 21-year-old son, yet consistently targets women aged 18-25. He exhibits addictive and concerning behavior by seeking out women to chat with on dating sites, chat rooms, and video apps, often pressuring them for intimate photos. Greg manipulates conversations by sharing false stories about his past relationships, portraying himself as a victim to gain sympathy and lure women into explicit exchanges. He may use text and burner apps to maintain contact before abruptly cutting off communication. To address this issue, action should be taken against Greg Voss. Hello,
I apologize for bringing up a common issue you likely encounter regularly, but I need to address a matter concerning my banned Tinder account. I want to provide transparent details about my situation.
Although I rarely used Tinder until recently, I had initially set up an account years ago when the platform had fewer restrictions. I primarily sought short-term relationships but aimed to maintain discretion to prevent my friends from discovering my profile. Regrettably, I may have been too forthright in my profile pictures and description. I acknowledge that my content may have been explicit, not offensive, as there were no explicit images or hostile remarks on my part, at least in my view. I leave the final judgment to you.
As my activity on the app increased, I contemplated upgrading to a premium subscription, but my plans are now on hold due to the ban.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could consider my case for reinstatement and offer me a chance to rectify any missteps.
Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope you have a pleasant day.
Best regards,
Cedric
