Hello, My Tinder subscription expired on July 13th, and when it expired, I noticed that the 3 blue Superlikes that I had purchased were also gone. I had paid for them as part of my subscription, and it doesn't seem fair for them to disappear when my subscription ended. I was planning on re-subscribing today, but now I'm hesitant due to this issue. I kindly request that you restore the 3 Superlikes that I had remaining. I need help. My friends reactivated my old Tinder account on my iPad without my knowledge. My ex-partner contacted me about it, and I only discovered the account was active when I checked my iPad and found the app on the homepage. I immediately deactivated the account they had revived in an attempt to help me move on from the breakup. I am concerned that messages may have been sent before I deactivated the account. Can you provide me with the date the account was reactivated and help me access my old account to check for any messages? Every day, when attempting to use the app, an error message appears instructing me to try again later. In an effort to resolve this issue, I decided to delete the app. Upon doing so, the deletion process prompted me to provide a reason. After confirming, instead of deleting the app, a question popped up suggesting an alternative to deletion without providing a clear option to proceed with the deletion. This loop of no clear deletion option seems to make it impossible to delete the account. Frustratingly, there are no working buttons to delete the account or navigate away from this cycle. The system's functionality in this regard is problematic and requires immediate attention to allow users to delete accounts smoothly. This hindrance is preventing me from creating a new account in hopes of having a better experience with the app.

I am new to Tinder and accidentally signed up for a yearly subscription without realizing it. I just noticed €73.53 has been charged to my account for Tinder Gold. I didn't intend to pay for this and now I am an elite Gold member without understanding what it entails. Can someone explain what I paid for and confirm if this is a one-time charge? Dear Tinder, I wanted to share my experience from the concert I attended at BST Hyde Park. While watching Florence and the Machine on Saturday, I noticed the excessive use of plastic beer glasses which led to a significant amount of plastic litter around the venue. This made me realize the long-lasting impact of single-use plastic on the environment. On the following day, I attended Citadel festival where they made efforts to minimize plastic waste by serving drinks in cans and paper cups. The cleanliness of the venue and the presence of recycling bins for different materials was impressive. Gunnersbury Park's approach to reducing plastic waste should be commended, even if it means lower profits. It is disheartening to see companies prioritize profits over environmental sustainability, especially at events like this. Other venues like Twickenham and Glastonbury have implemented successful initiatives to reduce plastic waste. I urge BST Hyde Park to consider adopting similar practices for future events. I have been unfairly banned from your app for two years without any explanation. Prior to the ban, I had signed up for premium, only to be banned shortly after. I request that my account be reinstated as there was no valid reason for the ban, and I would like to use the app again. Additionally, I believe I deserve a refund for the premium service since I was only able to use it for a few days. It is frustrating that there is no customer service department available, unlike other dating apps like Bumble. I expect these issues to be resolved within the next two days, or I will take legal action for negligence against your company.

I am having trouble cancelling my subscription as there is no "manage payment account" button on the app, and the website only allows unsubscribing through the app. This conflicts with the Fair Credit Billing Act. Despite sending multiple documented emails, I have not received any response from Tinder after the initial automatic replies. I require Tinder to find an alternative method to cancel my subscription.

Hello, my name is Ave., and my email is [redacted] My account was closed by Tender approximately 24 hours after I stopped paying for the service. There seems to be no customer service line to address any concerns, and I am unsure of the reasons behind the ban. I received a good amount of responses while using the service, and it feels unfair to be banned without proper explanation or due process. I did not link an email address to my account, only my local Vietnam number, +84-XXXXXXXX55, was connected while I was in Vietnam. After arriving in Thailand, my account functioned normally until it unexpectedly logged me out and now requests my number for login. Unfortunately, my Vietnam number does not work in Thailand. I've exhausted all options, even seeking help from a mobile store in Vietnam, but they couldn't assist due to my absence. As a result, my Vietnam mobile number attached to my Tinder account is no longer usable. I renewed my Tinder Gold on July 1st. I kindly ask to switch my Tinder Gold to my new Thailand local number since I'm currently in Thailand, or issue a refund as this situation leaves me with no alternative. I recently had my Tinder profile banned without any reason. Despite this, I receive notifications of activity daily showing that my account is active. Tinder's claim that my account is banned is false. They are not taking any responsibility for the issue or the potential identity theft. Since becoming a Tinder Gold member in October [redacted], I encountered an issue last night. I logged out to allow a friend to create a profile on my phone, but now I can't log back in. Despite trying to sign in with my phone number, I am directed to my friend's blank account. I attempted to use my email to log in but did not receive any verification emails. Upon trying a different email address as prompted, I received an error message. The only difference between our accounts seems to be that he logged in via Facebook, while I have always used my phone number, possibly my email during the account setup. I am encountering issues with Tinder. Initially, the app was not functioning properly, with endless swiping but no results. I attempted to fix this by reinstalling the app multiple times to no avail. I then upgraded to Tinder Plus, but I am still experiencing the same problem of not receiving any matches. I am certain this is not due to my pictures, as I usually match within the first five minutes. Since I am currently traveling and do not have access to my computer, resolving this on my own is difficult.
