Hi,**This is the second time I have tried to contact Tinder. I recently moved from my home country (Canada) to India for a few months* and accidentally deleted my existing Tinder account (associated with email *****@***.com and phone ************. Subsequently, when I set up a new account with my new India number (*** **********) with the same Facebook account (*****@***.com), I started facing issues where my Tinder was not working at all. I purchased Tinder Gold and Tinder Plus, and still, I am not able to swipe right on anyone (receiving an Error **** message) and I have not received a single like for my card (despite uploading * decent pictures and a bio). I am absolutely sure this is an error. I am very disappointed because after DESPITE having purchased the premium subscription (and even Boosting my profile) from Tinder, my account has not been back to normal.**I received an email for my last query saying it could just be a matter of time, but it has been a week since and there is absolutely no change. There is certainly some error with my account. Could you please advise me on how to rectify this issue? At the very least, could you please at least reactive the initial account I had accidentally deleted so that I can just continue with that profile without any problems?**I am very disappointed with my service and I really hope to once again be a valued member of the Tinder community.
