A few days ago, I deleted my account with the plan of freeing up time to focus on revising for my upcoming exams. However, I changed my mind a few hours later and, after seeing that I could not resurrect the old account, decided to remake it with the same phone number and email as the first one.**A few hours later, I was told that my account had breached community guidelines and I am now unable to log in. I feel that this is too unlikely to simply be a coincidence and is almost definetly a result of the app mistaking my new account as spam or a false multiplication. * *In addition, there was no period of being ‘under review’, or investigated in any prolonged, detailed way. I went off the app for a few minutes and returned to find it blocked soon after. As this incident occurred after a few hours of having made the new account, it was without a doubt far too early for a violation to have even conceivably taken place. In addition to this, it is also very nearly impossible that in this very short space of time, any other user would see any reason to report me seeing as only a very small handful of interactions had even began at this point. Therefore, the only reasonable explanation is that this way a result of an administrative error. **Barely more than a week ago, I just renewed my Gold membership and would quite like to get my money’s worth. As this is an atypical situation that does not occur often, I would appreciate getting a personalised response that takes into account the peculiarities of this specific situation and genuinely works to solve the problem as effectively as possible.**I have been a proud patron of this app for an extended amount of time. Please correct this mistake as soon as possible so that I continue to be so.
