Hello, my name is Yeab. I recently immigrated to the U.S. On April 7th, I purchased Tinder Plus for $8.49 per month instead of the full $99.99 upfront from my bank account. Shortly after starting the subscription, I cancelled it with the expectation that my access would end that day. However, I later found the charge on my bank statement. Google has advised me to reach out to you regarding a refund. I believe this situation is unfair as I did not fully utilize the service and would like a refund for the unused time or to be charged a prorated amount of 27 cents for the one day I did use the service. Thank you.

I reached out to Tinder to cancel my subscription via email but did not get a response. Now, I have been charged $90 for another subscription without my consent. I was not informed about the renewal or end of my previous subscription. I demand a refund and want to uninstall the program permanently. There have been issues with bots, prostitutes, and drug dealers contacting and harassing me. I block them, but more keep coming. Please refund the $89 charge and cancel my subscription immediately. I'm a disabled veteran and find this situation unacceptable.

I initially logged in using my phone number (+[redacted]29) and then proceeded to purchase Tinder Plus. Everything worked well initially, and I was able to get matches. However, after deleting the app for a day and reinstalling it, I couldn't remember how I had logged in previously. I chose to log in with Facebook and then went to settings to restore my purchase, which successfully brought back my Tinder Plus subscription. Since then, I've encountered an issue where I'm not getting any matches; initially, my page was empty, but after a few days, people reappeared without any matches. This situation is quite strange and I would appreciate some assistance with resolving it.

Hello, I utilized Tinder last year and opted to pay for the premium service. However, I canceled my subscription and deleted my account within 24 hours. To my dismay, I recently found out that I have been continuously billed $29.99 per month for the premium service via Google Play even after canceling. I am seeking a refund for these erroneous charges and wish to have them ceased. For reference, my contact number is [redacted].

I was using Tinder and took a break. When I tried to log back in, a gray screen appeared, stating I was banned. I'm still receiving message notifications, but the gray screen reappears when I attempt to view them. I'm disappointed as I haven't violated any terms and have lost communication with my matches.

Hello, I am writing to inquire about the recent ban of my Tinder account. It has come to my attention that the language used in my bio violated Tinder's guidelines. I sincerely apologize for the oversight on my part and I am willing to adhere to the rules moving forward. I kindly request consideration to either have my account reinstated or to be granted the opportunity to create a new one. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. Best, Josh

I had a wonderful conversation with a girl named Miranda a few minutes ago, but unfortunately, she unmatched me after I asked her out, thinking I was after a one-night stand. I am genuinely interested in dating her and would like a second chance to explain. Could you help me reconnect with her? We both seek something more meaningful than a casual encounter. I simply want the opportunity to talk and have a good time. Miranda studies at New York University and is looking for a duet partner. I matched with her a month ago, and today I realized my mistake. My username is Hozy, and I am located in Prague, Czech Republic. Please assist me in reaching out to her as she is only in town for the next month and a half. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention a concerning matter. Unfortunately, my previous attempt to seek justice against my rapist and ex-partner, Senal Udaya Wijetunge, was unsuccessful as the charges were dropped due to the delayed report. Despite this, he continues to be actively involved on Tinder, potentially putting other women at risk. The authorities have advised him to stay away from me and other women, but his behavior is worrying. I possess documentation detailing his actions towards me and others if needed. I understand the limitations of your involvement, but I urge you to consider the safety of these women who may be unaware of his past. Thank you for your understanding and attention to this matter.

I was surprised to find out that my Tinder account has been wrongly "banned", a possibility I had not considered before. I have been in an on and off relationship for about two years and had not used the app since around March [redacted]. During this period, I had completely removed the app from my phone and hadn't faced any issues with my account. Despite this, without any warning, my account has been banned. I would like to resolve this matter and regain access to my account as Tinder had been a valuable way for me to connect with others. Please advise on the steps I need to take to rectify this. If you need to reach me, please feel free to contact me at [redacted] Thank you and have a great day. -Dylan

I previously cancelled my account, and I am experiencing a second unauthorized charge through Verizon. Despite not having the app on my phone for an extended period, I am being billed. The unsubscribe or cancel options are not working for me. On my tablet, it indicates I do not have a Tinder Plus account, yet the recent charge appears in my subscriptions. When I try to access it, the setup icons show I do not have an active account. I reinstalled the app hoping to find the option to unsubscribe, but it's not available. My account is linked to an Android device, and my phone number is [redacted]. I am requesting the cancellation of my account for the second time and a refund for the recent charge. Thank you. I believe I have been unfairly banned from Tinder, despite my efforts to communicate transparently about my HSV-2 status. I shared this information on my profile along with a recommendation to watch Ella Dawson's Ted Talk on herpes stigma. I have reached out numerous times through emails without receiving a clear explanation regarding my ban. I feel discriminated against and disappointed by Tinder's lack of response. I am hopeful that my complaint will finally receive attention and I am requesting to challenge the lifetime ban. Everyone deserves the opportunity to find partners and friends, irrespective of their health status. Thank you.

I have been using Tinder regularly, but recently, I temporarily hid my photos. When I tried to log back in, I found out that my account was banned. I suspect that someone has created a cloned account very similar to mine with some differences like fewer photos and a slightly different profile. Despite adding new photos, I cannot access my original account and keep encountering this cloned account when I try to log in. It is frustrating to see that I am banned, even though my Facebook friends on Tinder can still view my profile. I need help as I am completely clueless about how to resolve this issue.

I am having an issue accessing the paid features on Tinder as my old Facebook and the associated email are no longer accessible. The Tinder account linked to my Apple ID is preventing me from utilizing the features on my current account. I have purchased Tinder Plus and Gold multiple times but cannot use them. When attempting to restore purchases, I am asked to delete the old account, which I cannot access. I paid £22.99 for Tinder Plus in December [redacted] but have not been able to enjoy its benefits. I have canceled subscriptions to prevent auto-renewal but need guidance on how to link my current active Tinder account to my Apple ID and remove the old one. My Apple ID is [redacted]

I initially created my account using phone number X. After uploading my picture, I got banned from Tinder. Realizing my mistake, I opened a new account with a different phone number, Y, as I was eager to find a match. I subscribed to Tinder Plus and Gold for over 2 months. While using the app, I suddenly got logged out. When attempting to log back in, I mistakenly used number X instead of Y and received a ban. Even when trying to log in with the correct number Y, I was still banned. I haven't violated any Tinder policies; I simply need help restoring my account under phone number Y. I rely on your assistance to avoid losing my matches.

I am concerned that I may have accidentally given someone a Tinder code that was sent to me. Even though I am not an active user on Tinder, I worry that the person may use my phone number, profile information, and photos from another dating site to create a fake profile or pose a security risk. The code I shared is [redacted] dwEzWOx6XSV. I'm unsure if this situation could put me in danger or if there has been any misuse of my information. I just want to ensure that I am not unknowingly involved in any problematic situation that could have consequences for me. My name is R. Ainsworth and my phone number is [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

I created my profile a week or two ago and have been swiping within a 40-kilometer range. Initially, I got a few matches, but then it went quiet. Recently, I started getting matches with people I had swiped on during the first day. A friend had to swipe a lot to find my profile. Why am I seemingly at the bottom of the list initially and receiving matches with a delay of 1-2 weeks? The +99 likes displayed constantly seem misleading and a ploy to promote Gold status purchases. Is there a new Tinder feature causing delays in matches for regular accounts? When I used Tinder around a year and a half ago, this wasn't an issue; matches would appear shortly after swiping.

My daughter was deceived by Nathan Walker on Tinder, leading to identity fraud and financial issues. The Wiltshire Police are involved and investigating him for defrauding multiple women through the platform. Please reach out to Mr. Chris Brinnicombe at the Wiltshire Police for more details. We held off contacting you to support the legal process. Kindly collaborate with the authorities before addressing this matter. Nathan Walker must be banned from using Tinder to prevent further incidents.

Someone has created a fake Tinder profile using my photos, name, and age. Unfortunately, I can't access the profile on my phone because a friend came across it, wasn't sure if it was me, and accidentally swiped left, losing the account. The profile mentioned being in India, 18 years old, and attending Nottingham Trent University. I am concerned that others could mistake the account for mine. I would appreciate it if the account could be removed promptly. Please confirm if you can locate and delete the account based on the provided information. Thank you, India

I have been using the phone app for a while now and signed up for a 1-month Gold membership scheduled to end on 5-7-19. However, when I accidentally logged in using Facebook instead of my phone number, it created a blank profile with photos from Facebook that I didn't want. I had to upload a random photo to delete them and in the process, all my information, phone number, email, and Gold membership disappeared. Despite multiple login attempts with my phone number, I could only access the new blank account with the unwanted photos. I had to delete my account and start over, losing my Gold membership, matches, and facing repeated old photo displays. Even though the Gold membership was active until 5-7-19, I canceled it to avoid auto-renewal due to the login issues. The email I used to register is [redacted], and my phone number is [redacted]. After re-registering, I want the remaining 3 weeks of my original subscription restored, and I seek guidance on the Facebook login issue that added unwanted information and photos to my profile.

I initially created my account with phone number X, but after uploading my picture, I got banned from Tinder. Realizing my mistake, I opened a new account with a different phone, let's call it Y, as I was eager to find a match. I purchased Tinder Plus and Gold subscriptions and used them for over two months. Suddenly, I was logged out of Tinder, and when I tried to log back in using Y, I was still banned. Even when I accidentally entered X instead of Y, I received a ban message. I believe I did not violate any Tinder policies, so I am seeking assistance to restore my account associated with phone number Y. Your help is greatly appreciated as I am afraid of losing my matches. Thank you, Richi.
