The issue in GetHuman-brettmcg's own words
I’ve had two Tinder accounts, both of which I removed. I lost my first account so I created a second one. After a bit of swiping it offered me payment plans to continue so I did as it only said it’d be be one month. Initially I didn’t think much of it. Today I see that I’ve been charged * year membership for Tinder. Had I known it’d be * years worth I’d have NEVER hit ok. In frustration I deleted my account and cancelled my subscription. I don’t ask for a complete refund as I clearly did click pay, but I need it refunded to where I only paid for one month. Normally I’d blame myself but I didn’t get to choose how much I’d be charged so I must email you asking for my $** back.
