Hello, *** years ago I had a tinder profile installed on my phone but I didn't like and I remove it. After long time I decided to use it again and I have installed the app on my phone and I have created a new profile, I have purchased few times the gold option and lately I have bought ** boosts. Everything was fine until few weeks ago when at the place of my actual profile I found the old one, losing all the matches and most of all without a gold abonment and the boosrs for which I Paid. I found very frustrating experience that my abonment that costed me money disappeared. I read in some blog that it might happen when you have * accounts, but if you really want to count my first account as duplicate why you removed my last one which was that one with the paid options and not the old one? Can you please help in this to set back the previous account or in the worst case to activate again the abonment and the boosts that I have had paid but I couldn't have used because my account disappeared?*Thank you in advance*Best regards*Emanuele vaccargiu
