Help link, did not work ... My account that was opened with phone number *** ********** and email is *****@***.com, also subscribed tinder plus for a year. This morning I found it is not working, at *st stage photos got deleted, thereafter got msg that can not connect App Store.*Thereafter I was directed to fill my info again. Upon submitting all data again, I find my earlier account is gone and a new account is opened on same number same mail I’d. But all of my tinder plus and matches, bio etc are gone.*I want my account with all msgs are recovered including tinder plus.*Please resolve it
Mentioned this issue but none has acknowledged, none addressed it, it’s frustrating. How come they would take subscription amount for a year and suddenly shut it down?

I was using Tinder for last about * weeks, I found it interesting then I subscribed tender plus for a year, after * days of subscription, it got shutdown. As if tinder was waiting me to pay money and then run away.
I re-entered my data, same phone*mail I’d etc assuming that I might get my earlier account back. But it didn’t!
