I have encountered this issue twice now without cause. I have been using Tinder for around three years without any problems. The first incident occurred approximately three months ago when I decided to upgrade to Tinder Gold. I was not excessively swiping right. The next day, I received the [redacted] error, resulting in my account being disabled. Just recently, I created a new account using a different Facebook profile. Initially, everything was normal, but when I purchased Tinder Gold the following day, my account was disabled again within 10 minutes, showing the same error code. I did not engage in constant swiping right. It's frustrating to have lost $30 on the Gold upgrade only to have my account deactivated right after. I am seeking clarification on this issue as it seems there is an error affecting my accounts.

I am dissatisfied with my TINDER GOLD membership, which I find expensive. I accidentally unmatched a friend, and now I cannot reconnect with them. I am considering deleting my account and creating a new one, potentially using a different email address. I have been charged for a membership renewal and am wondering if I will receive a credit for the amount paid. Support emails have been unhelpful, and I am frustrated by the lack of a contact number for assistance. I believe it would be appropriate for someone to reach out to me at my home number [redacted], as I feel I deserve better customer support given the expenses incurred. My name is Maurice Joffe, and my email is [redacted]

Hello,
I installed Tinder on October 15 and upgraded to Tinder Gold on October 16. Everything was fine until October 20 when I tried to log in and received error [redacted], indicating my account may have been removed or reported. I was surprised as I did not engage in any inappropriate behavior on Tinder. I did not have inappropriate pictures or messages on my account. The last thing I did was upload a new profile picture. I am frustrated as I paid for a month of Tinder Gold but only used it for a week before being locked out of my account.
I hope we can resolve this issue soon.
Best,
Philip

I need assistance with my Tinder Gold account. My profile has been banned, and I am unsure why. I always follow the guidelines and agreements set by Tinder. My photos, bio, and messages were appropriate. Today, I was logged out of the app and received an error message upon trying to log back in, stating that my profile has been banned. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and reinstate my profile as there should be no reason for it to be banned. Thank you for your help.

I was unexpectedly banned from Tinder, but I am unsure of the reason behind it. I have come to terms with losing my matches (not really, I'm quite upset) and now I wish to have the chance to delete my account. I have the right to delete it under data and privacy laws, especially from your end. While I should have been more attentive to your guidelines, there are always risks since hardly anyone reads those rules. A clearer policy would be beneficial. As the leading dating app, getting rid of users does not benefit your business. I would appreciate either having my account reinstated or the option to delete it. Thank you.

Hello,
I have encountered issues with accessing my Tinder account due to what seems like someone stalking me and repeatedly reporting my profile, resulting in blocks. As a professional woman in an open relationship with a child, I primarily rely on Tinder while traveling internationally. Despite utilizing other apps in the meantime, I miss the convenience of Tinder.
I have always maintained a respectful demeanor on the platform and am willing to provide my Facebook and LinkedIn profiles as references. Although I have created new accounts in the past, I am currently unable to do so successfully. I have attempted to contact Tinder support without success, receiving only automated responses indicating that I have been blocked. I am perplexed by this situation as I have never engaged in disrespectful behavior.
If there is any assistance you can offer in reinstating my account and addressing the malicious reports, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance for your help!

On Sunday night, I had a chat with a person named Jon, and now I can't find any trace of our conversation or match. It seems like neither of us unmatched each other. I've tried logging out and back in to the app, but the issue persists. During our conversation, there were some delays in messages appearing on both ends, and I even restarted my phone thinking it was the problem. This has happened to me before and I'm disappointed that a potential connection seems to have disappeared without a trace, leaving us unable to plan a meet-up.

I'm seeking assistance regarding my Tinder account being banned with no explanation provided. I was using the app at the appropriate age of 18, and I did not engage in any harassing behavior that I am aware of. Upon attempting to log in, I received an error message indicating my account had been banned. My name on Tinder is Dana Becker. I am eager to resume using the app or, at the very least, understand the detailed reason for the ban. I have reviewed the Community Guidelines and believe I have not breached any policies stated. This situation is frustrating as I simply wish to connect with others, and Tinder's popularity offers a vast pool of potential matches. If I am unable to regain access, I kindly request a clear explanation of the policy violation. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to your response.

I have recently encountered an issue with my Tinder account. It appears to have been banned or removed without any apparent reason. Despite using the app at the suitable age of 18, I made sure not to harass or impersonate anyone. Simply put, I was genuinely looking to connect with others as myself. My name, Dana Becker, matches my Tinder account. It's disheartening to have my account suddenly revoked, especially since Tinder is widely used, offering a broad pool of potential connections. Engaging with others on the app and then losing all contact due to this ban is quite frustrating. I am hopeful for a resolution soon. Thank you.

Hello,
I recently updated my phone number and have encountered issues logging into my Tinder Plus account. It seems that after the change, my matches, conversations, and photos have been lost. Despite following Tinder's instructions to log in with my new number, I keep ending up with a new account without my existing Tinder Plus subscription.
I have reached out to Tinder via email several days ago to explain the situation but have not received a response yet. I hope to resolve this issue and possibly receive a refund for the Tinder Plus fee I paid through Google if my original account cannot be recovered.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards,
B. J.

I have been a Tinder Gold member for many years, but I have faced constant issues with the app. Previously, I encountered problems that went unresolved. However, in the past month, I noticed a change in my Tinder Gold settings. It switched from being shown only to people I swipe right on to being visible to everyone without my authorization. I have been using the app with this feature for a long time, and I worry that this malfunction might affect my matches. Considering the amount I swipe and the matches I receive, I believe the feature I pay for is not working correctly. I am frustrated with Tinder and seek a resolution to this issue. How can you rectify the increased visibility problem, and what steps will you take to compensate me for the time wasted on a malfunctioning paid subscription?

Hello,
I purchased a Tinder Gold subscription a few months ago. Despite deleting and reinstalling my account multiple times and buying/syncing subscriptions each time, my account did not always reflect these changes. Even though I have been continuously billed since I first signed up, when I log in with the same Facebook page, it claims I do not have Tinder Gold.
I own a Galaxy S9+ and when I check the subscriptions on the Android store, Tinder does not appear. On my Google account, it briefly shows the subscription but then displays an error when I try to get more details. I was billed through PayPal, but it does not list Tinder as an authorized automated payment.
I urgently need to cancel this phantom subscription. My Facebook account and Tinder email is [redacted], although I do not currently have a Tinder account. The PayPal account that was billed is [redacted] Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly.
Thank you for any help you can provide!

Good evening,
I have encountered issues logging into my Tinder account since the early morning of September 25th. Despite verifying my mobile number, I continue to receive various errors. When attempting to log in using my email or phone, after successfully verifying, I am redirected back to the Facebook login page.
As a long-time Tinder user, I have never experienced such a problem before. I can confirm that I have always adhered to the rules, terms, and conditions without any violations or inappropriate behavior.
I have attempted to contact Tinder support multiple times without much success. Could you kindly assist me in resolving this issue promptly?
Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Irina

Subject: Unwanted Solicitations from Tinder - Request to Stop
I am writing to request that Tinder, Gotinder.com, Match Group LLC at [redacted] Douglas Avenue, Dallas, Texas [redacted], and all associated third-party website affiliates cease sending me unwanted and offensive sex solicitations to my email address. It is crucial to note that children under the age of twelve have access to my email and may inadvertently receive these inappropriate messages.
Despite unsubscribing from these sites, the unsolicited sex solicitations persist, which I find unacceptable and distressing. I am not interested in receiving pornographic material, solicitation of women, or any form of sexual content. Kindly take immediate action to remove my email address from your mailing lists and block it to prevent further harassment.
I have lodged a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission regarding this matter and urge you to address this issue promptly. Please cease all unwanted and offensive solicitations and respect my request to discontinue these emails to my email address. Thank you for your attention to this distressing matter.
Sincerely,

Hello,
I previously used my mobile number for my Tinder account without any issues. Recently, my fiancé created her Tinder account through Facebook and used my phone number to receive a verification code since she doesn't have a phone. After she received the code, my account switched to hers. Despite logging out and entering my number to receive a login code, it seems to be linked to her account as it's from Facebook, not Tinder. Even after she deleted her account, I still can't access mine. I had just purchased a Tinder Plus membership as well. Any assistance on resolving this would be very helpful.

Hello,
I recently set up a Tinder account using my mobile phone number, and everything was working well. However, when my fiancé was setting up her Tinder account today using Facebook and my phone number to receive a login code, my account unexpectedly switched to hers. I attempted to log out, re-enter my mobile number, and received a login code from Facebook, not from Tinder. Despite multiple attempts, I kept logging into her account. She deleted her account to troubleshoot, but I'm still unable to access mine. I recently purchased a Tinder Plus membership, and I'm unsure what steps to take next. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having trouble accessing my account on Tinder because I have a new phone number. I've been using my old email to log in, but when I attempt to verify my phone number, I receive a message saying "verification failed, please try again." I've tried using all the emails I can remember that are associated with my account. I suspect that due to my new phone number, I'm unable to access my account. My name is Brandon M. I recently created a new Facebook account, and I'm concerned it might be causing a mix-up since I initially used Facebook to log in and it doesn't recognize me because of my new account. I have an old account linked to [redacted]

I am disappointed that after attempting to cancel my subscription last month, you still charged me. Your suggestion to "just enjoy Tinder" didn't resolve the issue. When I tried to use the service for the month I paid for, it didn't work, and now I accidentally resubscribed without intending to. The website is not functioning correctly, and I am frustrated by this poor experience. I am unable to undo this mistake, and if you charge me again, I will contact the attorney general because this situation is unacceptable.
