I paid $99.99 for a year subscription to Tinder developer through Google Play. Shortly after payment, I was banned from my account without explanation and not given a refund. I find the lack of communication and retention of my payment insulting. It is frustrating that Tinder does not have a customer service phone number, making it difficult for users. I request an immediate refund to my PayPal account. My details are as follows: Brian G., Email: [redacted], Google Play Case ID: 0-[redacted][redacted], Phone: [redacted], Refund amount: $99.99.

Hello, I recently encountered an issue with my Tinder account. It was linked to my mobile number and was functioning properly until my fiancée attempted to create her own Tinder account today using my phone number to receive a login code, as she doesn't have a phone of her own. After she used my number to get the login code for her account connected to Facebook, my account got switched to hers inexplicably. Even after logging out, attempting to receive a login code via text message (which strangely came from Facebook, not Tinder), and her deleting her account, I am still unable to access my original account. To compound matters, I had just purchased Tinder Plus. I am seeking advice on resolving this matter. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently discovered my account was compromised as I logged in to find a woman's profile on my account instead of mine. This raised concerns about her activities on my account, prompting me to delete it. Now, when I attempt to log in using my phone number, her profile appears. I am reaching out for assistance on how to resolve this issue and restore my account. I have a Gold Tinder subscription paid for a year through my Apple account under the email [redacted] Your prompt assistance in rectifying this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - R. I had trouble with Tinder logging me out constantly after signing up with my phone number. In an attempt to get back into my account, I tried logging in with Facebook, which ended up creating a new account with my Facebook details. This resulted in me losing all my pictures, information, and history from the original account. Despite logging out of all Facebook links on my phone, whenever I use my phone number to log in, it redirects me to the new Facebook-created account. I have already deleted the account created through Facebook. I had a conversation with Amanda, and we tried using my email to log in without success. I'm really hoping for assistance in recovering my original account.

Dear Customer Service, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my current difficulties regarding my Tinder account. Over the past few days, I have encountered multiple issues with my account, leading to immense frustration. Despite reaching out for assistance on five separate occasions, I have yet to receive any response from the Tinder support team. Regrettably, my account has been compromised, leaving me unable to access Tinder as my account now shows a different name due to hacking. Despite attempting to delete the account entirely and reinstall the app, upon entering my phone number, the account remains inaccessible to me. I am a Gold member and have invested in Tinder's services, only to find myself unable to utilize them. I kindly request assistance in resetting my account to regain access. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding and support. Sincerely, Roger Markin

I understand the policies are strict, but after reviewing them thoroughly, I discovered my account was banned without reason. I did not breach any rules, engage in harassment, use offensive language, or post inappropriate pictures. I kindly request a review of my account to reinstate it promptly, as I value the connections I have made. The only potential issue I can think of is my habit of deleting and reinstalling the app. The error message I receive is "There was a problem logging into Tinder. Please try again. ([redacted])." I'm hopeful for a resolution as my account is significant to me.

I subscribed to Tinder Gold about six months ago, expecting only a six-month membership. I made sure to cancel my subscription over a month ago, but to my surprise, I was charged for another six-month membership recently. I want a refund for this charge. I deleted the app and cancelled my membership because I no longer found it useful, therefore I should not be billed for another six months. I hope to hear back regarding this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out for the second time in an attempt to resolve this issue. Could you please remove my old account with both the gold and plus subscriptions? I am having trouble accessing my old account that I created using my cell phone number. Everything was working fine until I traveled from Taiwan to the Philippines and got logged out. Since my return to Taiwan on November 4th, I have been unable to login to Tinder and my account seems to be lost. This account is not connected to any of my Facebook profiles but is linked to my Instagram handle, Jecchua43. I believe the best solution at this point would be to delete the old account and transfer my gold and plus subscriptions to the new account. If there is a more efficient way to resolve this issue, please advise. I am willing to provide screenshots or any other information needed to assist with this process. Thank you.

Hello! I am Kameron Eck, an 18-year-old college student. Recently, I encountered some issues with my Tinder account. I noticed changes to my profile pictures and bio that I did not make, so I restored everything to its original state. Unfortunately, I faced login problems multiple times and eventually received a message stating my account was banned. I am reaching out for assistance in understanding why my account was banned and if there is a possibility to have it reinstated. I appreciate any help in resolving this matter. Thank you for your assistance, I look forward to hearing from you soon.

I am having trouble logging into my new Tinder account. While I originally used Tinder with my phone number in my home country, I recently moved to Dubai and got a new UAE number. I created a new account and purchased Tinder Gold and boost to connect with people here. Today, I switched my SIM card back to my old number momentarily to check messages. After realizing my mistake, I switched back to the new SIM card. Now, when I try to log into my new account with the new number, it keeps logging me into the old account. I've tried switching SIM cards and logging in with the old number, but it seems like there is no account associated with it. I fear I may have lost access to my new account where I have Tinder Gold and new matches. My new account number is +[redacted]45 and my old account number is +[redacted]10.

Hello there! I'm currently a gold member on Tinder and suspect that my account has been banned. I don't recall ever making offensive remarks to other users beyond the standard "hook-up" inquiries. I have never intended to hurt anyone personally. My intention was solely to connect with like-minded individuals without prolonging conversations after realizing someone was not interested. I assure you that I never meant any harm, especially to strangers online whom I have never met. Kindly review my case to lift the ban on my account. I have no ill will towards other users and wish to continue using the app, given my subscription status. Best regards, Luis

I inadvertently liked a person whom I wish I hadn't. At first, I didn't recognize her when I was sorting through profiles. It's not about her appearance but rather a personal social issue that could cause problems for me. It may seem trivial, but someone is upset about it. If possible, could you please help me unlike the most recent Christine from West Virginia University that I accidentally liked? I can't use the undo feature since I realized my mistake a few profiles later, and I don't want to deactivate my account. I have only interacted with one person who I find really interesting, and I don't want this incident to impact that connection. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Today, when I got logged out of Tinder, I attempted to log back in with my Facebook account. However, the app prompted me to confirm my identity with a phone number. After inputting the verification code, all my matches, messages, profile pictures, and bio were missing, leading me to believe a new account was created. I immediately logged out and tried logging in solely with my phone number, which unfortunately led me back to the new account. While I don't recall linking my Facebook with my phone number before, mistakenly thinking I did, I tried accessing Tinder Web using only my phone number without being logged into Facebook, yet it still directed me to the new account devoid of any previous activity. How can I regain access to my original account?

Hello, Could you please contact me at [redacted] regarding this issue? I have been struggling to access my account since November 3rd. Despite receiving one unhelpful response, I have sent multiple follow-up messages with no resolution. Today is the 8th, and I am frustrated as I am unable to access services for which I am paying. Restoring access to my original account would solve everything. Initially, my account was functioning fine. I upgraded to Tinder Gold, but on the 3rd, I was prompted to sync with Facebook to log in, which I did. However, my original account disappeared along with matches and Tinder Gold, replaced by a new profile created from my Facebook photos. Despite numerous attempts, including various recovery methods, I only access this new account without my paid features. I have tried logging out of Tinder and Facebook, reinstalling both apps, recovering via phone number and email, to no avail. It seems the sync with Facebook made this new account active instead of my original one connected to my phone number. I purchased Tinder Gold under the account name Ro, paid through [redacted], and linked to [redacted] I need assistance in removing the unwanted new account linked to my Facebook account. Feeling stressed, I appreciate your help. Please reach out to me via phone, email, or any means necessary. Roland

I am seeking help with resolving a [redacted] error on Tinder. Recently, I encountered this issue and I am unsure of the reason behind it. In my previous Tinder use, I addressed two users who were using the platform to gain Instagram followers, but I did so respectfully. These users would match with everyone to promote their Instagram accounts in their bios. I am uncertain if this interaction led to my ban, and I am eager to understand more about the situation and potentially resolve it. If the ban is lifted, I am considering purchasing Tinder Gold. Tinder plays a role in my search for a meaningful relationship, making this matter important to me. I appreciate any assistance provided. Contact me at [redacted]

I have encountered the [redacted] error, and I am unsure why it happened. During my last use of Tinder, I recall confronting two girls who were using the platform solely to gain followers on Instagram. I addressed this politely as these girls were swiping right on everyone to boost their Instagram accounts. Their profiles simply stated "follow my Instagram: xxxxxx." I am seeking clarification if this interaction led to my ban and if there is a way to resolve it, as I believe it is unfair. While I understand the importance of adhering to guidelines, I respectfully request access to my Tinder account. If unblocked, I am considering upgrading to Tinder Gold. Tinder holds significance for me as I am actively pursuing a long-term relationship. Thank you for your attention and assistance. Please keep me updated.

On election day, I was logged out of my Tinder account and every attempt to sign in resulted in error (A:[redacted]). It seems I got banned for linking users to another site where they could find voting information and transportation options. My intentions were solely to encourage voter participation among my age group, as we have low turnout rates. While I respect the account may stay banned, I kindly request restoration of my associated phone number and Facebook account. My account history will confirm this as an isolated incident, and I assure not to repeat this behavior. I hope for a second chance. Thank you.

I contacted customer service a week ago (Request number: [redacted]2) to delete my previous account so I could transfer my subscription to a new one. They requested my email but did not follow up. The lack of response for over a week reflects poorly on the service's professionalism and efficiency. Before taking further action like contacting my credit card company or considering legal steps, I urgently need my previous account ([redacted]) deleted. My phone number is +1 [redacted]. I am highly disappointed with the service. Although I created a new account with the same contact details, I am unable to transfer my subscription. Please avoid sending generic messages and provide a concrete solution for my request to transfer my subscription to the new account.

I am experiencing a problem with my matches where the conversations, names, and profile pictures are mismatched. Previously, I could resolve this issue by logging out or restarting my phone, but lately, this hasn't worked. For instance, Zane sends a message but Tyler's name and picture appear next to it, causing confusion. Subsequently, Zane and Tyler's profile pictures and names switch places, making it seem like I'm responding to the wrong person. Additionally, the conversations are intertwining, combining messages meant for different matches. The situation is perplexing and I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

I recently encountered an issue with my Tinder account. This morning, I noticed that my photos were deleted and received a message stating that the app could not connect to the App Store. When I tried to fill in my information again, I discovered that my old account was gone, and a new account was created using the same phone number and email address. Unfortunately, all my Tinder Plus subscription, matches, and bio are also missing. I kindly request assistance in recovering my account along with all the messages and Tinder Plus subscription. Thank you for your help.
