Hi, I recently installed Tinder and bought Plus and Gold. I signed up using my mobile number and I had to format my phone so I reinstalled Tinder again and try to log back in using my mobile number however this time I cannot retrieve my profile and it requested me to make a new one which did not have the Plus and Gold. The email I used to purchase the Plus and Gold is *****@***.com and the mobile number I used to sign up is ********** and I am from Australian.**Can you please look into this for me as I really want to be active on Tinder.**Thanks
