Help with my Tinder issue

The issue in GetHuman-philthyc's own words
Simply use the thing ... My profile just disappeared and wont let me log back in. I had to recreate my account, lost all my matches and it still won't let me log back in. I contacted Tinder support and low and behold* this was what I got:**"Hello,**If you're seeing this error message, it means your account has been banned from Tinder for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines in some way. The safety of our users is very important to us. You will not be able to create a new Tinder profile using your Facebook account and*or phone number.**Tinder Plus and Tinder Gold subscribers: ** If you subscribed using your iPhone or Android device, you'll need to cancel your subscription yourself. For steps on how to cancel, please visit our FAQ at www.gotinder.com*faq.** If you subscribed using Tinder.com, your subscription has been automatically canceled.**Please refer to our Terms of Service (www.gotinder.com*terms) and Community Guidelines (www.gotinder.com*community-guidelines) for more information.**Thank you,**Emily"
They gave ZERO due process nor did they specify how I violated their TOS. Furthermore, they directed me to Google Play to cancel the service and Google Play said they offered NO REFUNDS. They ripped me off because I only had the app for a week and never met anyone off line from it. **I expect some sort of adjudications process and a transparent refund process like any company would have. This is basically theft for them to charge me for a year and only let me use it for a week.
I want a full refund, an explanation and an apology IMMEDIATELY.
I did not use profanity, nor had any nudity on my profile. I asked nobody to do anything illegal nor did I even ask anyone to meet offline yet. This is a scam. I did NOTHING to violate TOS, and am ***% milder than the myriad of "*** friendly" druggies and people taking pictures of themselves in political protest. If someone flagged me, they were either mistaken or malicious and Tinder should have a transparent review process to tell PAYING customers why they've violated supposed rules, then give them a refund if they do.
