I recently signed up on your website, but quickly canceled my one-month membership due to receiving excessive emails and promotional materials. I have noticed a significant increase in spam mail in my inbox associated with the email I used to register with Tinder. Today, I received a call from my mother who oversees my finances stating that there were attempts to withdraw significant amounts from my bank account. If this occurs again, I will not hesitate to take legal action. Please check the email addresses provided and ensure that my information is removed. I want your partners to be aware of my intention to pursue legal action if necessary.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account as it has been blocked. The notification stated that my account received multiple reports. I am a paid member of the platform and utilize Tinder to earnestly seek a long-term relationship. I maintain specific filters on my profile to tailor my search for a suitable partner. If individuals do not provide the necessary details on their profile, I inquire within the initial messages and unmatch if they do not align with my expectations. This practice is not impolite; rather, it serves to streamline the screening process. I also remove users who send inappropriate messages. Recently, I upgraded to a paid membership to enhance my search efforts. I believe it is unjust to restrict my access under these circumstances. Kindly reinstate my profile promptly. I suggest inquiring with individuals reporting me, as seeking information such as height and occupation respectfully and clarifying intentions to avoid inappropriate interactions are not violations.

Hello,
I am experiencing issues accessing my account on Tinder. I received a notification stating that my account has been reported multiple times. As a paid member using the platform seriously to find a long-term partner, I maintain clear filters on my profile to match with suitable individuals. If their profiles lack necessary details, I inquire during initial messages and unmatch if they do not meet my criteria. Additionally, I remove individuals who send inappropriate messages. Recently, I upgraded to a paid membership to enhance my search efforts. I believe it is unjust to block my access under these circumstances. I kindly request the reactivation of my profile. It may be beneficial to investigate the reasons for the reports, as inquiring about someone's height and job or stating preferences for a serious relationship should not be considered offensive behavior.

I deactivated my account to take a break, and later I attempted to create a new one. While setting up my profile, I encountered error code [redacted], unable to log in. I then tried signing in through Facebook, where the displayed age was incorrect and couldn't be edited. After deleting that account, I updated my Facebook details to prevent them from showing on Tinder. However, upon attempting to create a new Tinder account, I faced the same error, leaving me puzzled and unable to proceed. My intention was to start fresh, but I'm now at a loss on how to resolve this issue and create a new account successfully.

A few years back, I used Tinder, but then took a break. Recently, I decided to give it another try. I created a new account using the same Facebook and phone number, which I find strange looking back. Today, as I received a message and tried to open the app, I discovered I was logged out for no apparent reason, and now I am unable to access my account. Despite trying to log in using Facebook, my phone number, and email address, it keeps logging me into the old account. Deleting the old account didn't solve the issue either. Each time I log in, it creates a new account for me, and I can't find my original account. It vanished when I received a message and tried to open the Tinder app. It's frustrating. Can anyone provide assistance with this problem?

I have been using Tinder for a while, but after changing my phone number, I couldn't verify it when prompted, and now I'm banned. I had a date set up and had to use an SMS reader website to see the messages as my number wasn't working. I've tried to contact Tinder to resolve this and verify my new number, but haven't had any luck. I still receive notifications about matches, but I can't access the app.

I used the Tinder app a few months ago and later deleted it. I was surprised that when I reinstalled it recently, I could only log in with Facebook or phone number. Despite thinking I deleted the account, I couldn't sign up again. I tried logging in multiple times but kept getting error messages. I followed various online suggestions like uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing data, and even trying to log in from my computer. I created a new Facebook account thinking it might help, but no luck. I'm out of ideas and wondering if there are any other solutions you could provide from your end to resolve this issue.

I reached out to Tinder support last Thursday for assistance in resolving an issue, yet a resolution is still pending. My account is linked to my former Swedish phone number, [redacted]8, but I am now residing in the United States and using a new iPhone. After upgrading my phone, I reattempted to download the Tinder app, prompting a login request. Regrettably, I am unable to access my Swedish phone number for verification or receive any texts. Consequently, I am locked out of my account. Despite trying to recover my account via email at [redacted], I have not received any communication from Tinder to complete the recovery process. My current Tinder Gold subscription is active until December 6th, and I am unable to link it to my new U.S. phone number due to the association with my old Swedish number. Could you kindly delete the account associated with my Swedish phone number immediately?

I believe my account may be banned. I uninstalled the app before summer break, and upon reinstalling it this year, I encountered difficulty logging in due to "Error A40303," indicating a ban. I am perplexed by this ban as I received no prior warning. I am eager to resume meeting new people and kindly request the reactivation of my account. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
I'm Matthew Johnston. My ex-partner misused my Tinder accounts without my knowledge a few weeks ago, resulting in a ban on my current number and Facebook. I feel this is unjust as I had a paid subscription for Tinder Premium for six months. I apologize for the actions of my ex-girlfriend that led to this situation, but she is no longer in my life, and I wish to continue using Tinder. I value the app and want to connect with new people. I request Tinder to lift the ban. If not possible, I would appreciate a refund for the Tinder Premium subscription. I assure you that there will be no recurrence of this issue.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Matthew

Subject: Urgent Safety Warning Regarding User "Christopher Paul Conley"
I am writing to bring to your attention the concerning behavior of a user by the name of Christopher Paul Conley. Our relationship started through another dating platform where his profile information was misleading. Contrary to what was presented, he is a felon with a drug possession history, actively using heroin, without a car or job, residing with his drug-addicted mother. I have taken legal action by obtaining a domestic violence restraining order against him in Ventura County. He has engaged in harassment, emotional manipulation, theft, and drug-related activities in my presence.
It is crucial to safeguard the well-being of other female users by removing his profile from your platform and preventing him from contacting them. As he is currently incarcerated for violating the restraining order, I appeal to you to address this matter promptly. I have documentation from Ventura County to support my claims.
Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Jaycie S.

I have been a Tinder Gold subscriber for almost two years now, but I am currently experiencing some frustration with the service. In the past week, I have had two matches suddenly disappear during promising conversations. One match vanished while I was actively using the app, and the other sends notifications of messages, but when I open the app, they are nowhere to be found. These issues are especially bothersome given that many of my matches are tourists in Paphos, Cyprus. I hope that these glitches can be resolved promptly, as I am a paying customer and expect a certain level of service. You can reach me via my Facebook account email at [redacted] or on my mobile at +[redacted]3. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Regards, Ian Bryant

Hello,
I am a Tinder Gold subscriber and I am facing a frustrating issue. Each time I receive a like, I get a notification, but when I try to check it in the app, it tells me I have no likes and gives me an error message saying, "The profile you’re looking for is no longer available." This happens consistently and almost immediately, making it impossible for someone to delete their account that quickly every single time.
I'm disappointed by this experience as I simply want to have at least one date and potentially meet someone interesting. However, the app's glitches are making it challenging for me to get matches, even though I believe I have a lot to offer.
Additionally, I am using IOS 12, and I've been encountering issues when trying to edit my profile. Every time I attempt to do so, the app freezes on my profile without entering edit mode and eventually crashes. This has resulted in me being unable to update or add new photos for weeks.
Any assistance in resolving these matters would be greatly appreciated.

I urgently need assistance regarding a situation with a girl I met in Paris recently, as I am unable to locate her Tinder profile. Her name is Laura, 23 years old, she is an European citizen born in Barcelona and now living in Paris. She is studying at Université de Paris II - Panthéon-Assas and is passionate about making a difference in people's lives through diplomacy or international efforts against genocide. I would appreciate it if someone could help me retrieve her profile so I can use my super like on her. I have a screenshot of her profile as proof, which includes details about a memorable trip she took and her favorite Spotify song, "My Way" by Frank Sinatra. Finding her is important to me, as her interests align with mine, and I have been searching tirelessly to reconnect with her.

I accidentally deleted the Facebook account linked to my old Tinder account, and now it's gone for good. I've created a new Facebook account but need to transfer my purchases or disconnect my Apple ID from the old Tinder account.
I'm not certain which email I used for the old Tinder account, and I've also changed my phone number, leaving me with no way to access the old account.
I've tried reaching out to Tinder multiple times but keep receiving the same generic response. I'm feeling stuck and really need assistance!
Potential emails I may have used include:

My Apple ID is [redacted]
Could someone please help me locate my Apple ID and disconnect it from the old Tinder account? I can provide verification for my Apple ID and access to it.

A few days ago, I matched with someone named Joanna on Tinder. We exchanged greetings, but the next day she disappeared from my matches. Surprisingly, I received a notification on my Android Galaxy S8 that I had a new message from Joanna. When I clicked to view it, I saw our previous conversation and a new message. While I was busy at work, I accidentally pressed the back button on my phone and lost access to the chat. Despite trying to log out, uninstall, reinstall the app, and access Tinder through Chrome, Joanna's profile still doesn't show up. Her last message was at 6:03pm PST. My account is linked to [redacted] I'm seeking assistance to resolve this technical issue and reconnect with Joanna. Thank you.

I purchased Tinder Plus through Google Play expecting to enjoy the app, but it didn't live up to my expectations. I cancelled within 24 hours, but was charged for a full year immediately due to the monthly billing setup. Despite knowing people who benefit from Tinder, I can't recommend it based on this billing issue. I reached out to Google Play for a refund, but they couldn't assist. I hope Tinder can refund at least 11 months' worth of charges as I feel misled. It would be great to share a positive experience about Tinder's customer service with others, even if the app wasn't the right fit for me.

I used to have a Tinder account connected to Facebook, but after leaving Facebook and deactivating Tinder, I now want to resume using Tinder with just my phone number. However, the app keeps requiring the Facebook sign-in and doesn't allow me to upload photos from my phone. I'm seeking assistance to shift my previous Facebook-linked account to a phone number only account. Formerly, my Facebook account was under the name Takayugi Johnson, which is now deleted. I am currently using the name Adrian Clarke in the USA. You can reach me at [redacted]
