The only thing I can think of is that I have two Facebook accounts, one for personal use and the other for professional use. **Initially I used my professional Facebook account (have been for years). Instead renewing my subscription, I signed in with my personal Facebook account - I still used the same phone number so I didn't think it would be an issue. **I am not a solicitor of any kind nor am I trying to create multiple accounts. **I have been a regular customer for approximately two years. I have had great experiences with it and even made some new friends. **Is there anyway you re-activate my account?
