I am 28, and my account got deleted. I've spent over $[redacted] in the past year. When I tried to reload my account, it displayed my age as 31 even though I'm not. I tried logging in with Facebook, but the age issue persisted. I ended up purchasing upgrades and boosts without realizing the cost increase due to losing my gold status. The system now thinks I'm 31, and I used my phone number to verify my real age, which will result in losing all the money spent. If not resolved promptly, I will have to pursue legal action. My birthday is on 9/3/[redacted], and my name is Nicholas H. I hope this matter can be resolved quickly to continue enjoying the app without further issues or legal action.

Hello, my name is Dom Bailey, and I have been a long-time user of Tinder. Over the past couple of years, I have invested a significant amount of money, around £[redacted], into this platform. Recently, my account was banned allegedly due to a photo where I appeared without clothes. It's worth mentioning that there was no explicit nudity in the image, unlike the numerous accounts of naked women that seem to go unnoticed. I find it unjust that my account was immediately banned instead of just removing the questionable picture. As a loyal paying customer, it would be unwise for Tinder to lose my business, especially when many users don't contribute financially. I kindly request the unblocking of my account and phone number. Thank you.

Hello, I am experiencing error [redacted] when trying to access Tinder. I have attempted to delete my account multiple times following the Facebook security incident in April. Despite requesting deletion and attempting to re-register, I consistently encounter issues upon verifying my phone number. I never selected the "I already have an account" option, and now when I try to sign up, I am receiving error [redacted], which I believe is related to being banned from the platform, even though I have not violated any terms. I simply want to use the app without linking to Facebook. Please advise on how this can be resolved. Your support is appreciated.

I've been a subscriber on Tinder since July [redacted]. I used the app without any issues until one day a screen appeared requiring me to log in with Facebook, something I've never done. I couldn't access my profile unless I deleted and re-installed the app. After creating a new profile, the same issue has resurfaced this morning, preventing me from responding to someone I've been chatting with on the app. Can anyone help me with this problem?

I may have slightly been suggestive in my photos, but the two pictures I posted were of my clean bicep and abs. It was meant to be somewhat seductive and playful, not rude, perverted, or offensive. I understand I may have pushed boundaries a bit, but I did not intend to cause any harm. I am surprised that my account was cancelled and $25 credit was taken within hours of the action. I am willing to tone down my content if needed. If you can assist me, please contact me via email at [redacted] or phone at [redacted]. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I need assistance. While chatting with a match, the app closed suddenly, and now the match has disappeared. I believe it was not intentional as we were exchanging numbers. Today, I received a message notification from this match, but I can't see it in the app. Other matches are still visible. If I uninstall the app for 24 hours and reinstall it, will that fix the issue? Can unmatched profiles be rematched later, or are they lost forever? I suggest adding a 'Keep' button to prevent accidental unmatching. I hope you can help locate the missing match on my Tinder profile. Thank you.

Good day! I recently subscribed to Tinder Plus for the first time on May 2nd, [redacted]. However, I have not been able to access the site. When I click on the Tinder icon, it directs me to a page about discovering new people nearby. Upon trying to log in with Facebook, I get an error message "SOMETHING WENT WRONG you are not able to login in. (A:[redacted])". As a result, I have not been able to utilize the app since then. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue and possibly receiving an extension on my one-month subscription due to the inconvenience. Thank you in advance for your help.

On Sunday, August 19, [redacted], everything was functioning well for me. However, when I tried to check my matches, I encountered error [redacted] indicating that I was banned. Surprisingly, I haven't received any prior warnings. Throughout my interactions, I have always been respectful and have not engaged in any inappropriate behavior. My profile only consists of pictures of myself, and I have never posted any explicit content. I have been a loyal Tinder Gold customer for several months and have been using Tinder for an extended period. I kindly request for the ban to be removed from my profile. I attempted to reach out to support but received a generic response. I have thoroughly reviewed the community guidelines and am confident that I have not violated any of them. Thank you.

My girlfriend and I shared an iPhone to access our separate Tinder accounts. I typically used my Facebook to log in, while she used her phone number, +[redacted]97. Recently, when I logged in using my Facebook, the app prompted me to add a phone number, and I mistakenly used her number. Now, she is unable to access her account to delete photos or close the account because both the Facebook and the phone number are linked to my account. I have a Tinder Gold subscription, while she has the basic one. We tried to recover the account using the email [redacted] that she recalls using, but were unsuccessful. Currently, there are two accounts linked to the same phone number, +[redacted]97, but only one is accessible, and she urgently needs to access it. Thank you in advance.

I recently logged out of my Tinder account, which I upgraded to Gold, and tried logging in with Facebook only to find a different account linked to my phone number. Despite deleting the mistaken account, I now can't access my original account. My phone number is [redacted], and my associated Facebook emails are [redacted] and [redacted] I am worried about my subscription expiring soon. Order ID for Tinder Gold: MM12DBMWV6 (iTunes) Document ID for Tinder Gold: [redacted]36. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I am unsure why my Tinder profile was deactivated as I have used the app for over 2 years without any issues. It seems like as soon as you reject someone or do not comply with their requests, they may report you. Recently, I connected with a guy named Stein from Sweden on Tinder, we really clicked. He asked me to leave Tinder, but when I declined, my account was blocked a day later. I find this situation ridiculous. I would appreciate a proper explanation for terminating my account, especially since I use Facebook with all my details verified. It is unprofessional to block people without valid reasons, as it affects my friendships and potential relationships. This is not a game.

I had two separate Tinder accounts, one linked to Facebook and one with my phone number. After purchasing gold on my phone number account, I tried logging into my Facebook Tinder account, but it asked me to verify my number with no option to cancel. Now, each time I attempt to log into my Facebook-linked account, it automatically directs me to my phone number account, integrating them as one. The issue is that I had unique matches on my Facebook account that are not on the phone number one. Despite reinstalling Tinder, deleting app data, and attempting to log in through Facebook, I couldn't separate them. I hope to resolve this to avoid losing my matches! Thank you for any assistance.

I have recently joined Tinder and initially wanted to sign up for Gold, but accidentally chose Plus. I was trying to upgrade for an additional $10 as prompted, but it seemed like it was going to charge $30 instead. I struggled to find the help page on the Tinder system and when I did, the captcha didn't work. It ended up charging me $30 when all I wanted was to spend $10 more to upgrade to Gold for the month. I've been charged $20 for Plus that I didn't intend to sign up for, and I would like a refund. This experience feels like a "dark pattern" in web design.

I connected with a guy on Tinder and we started dating seriously for two months. Another girl who dated him over a year ago informed me that I should end things immediately and cut off contact, as he had deceived her about his true self. I looked into his background online and discovered he had also lied extensively to me about various aspects of his life. Despite his charm and niceness, he was dishonest about his origins, languages spoken, education, employment, living situation, and more. Confronting him led to anger and our communication ceased. His deceitful behavior towards multiple women, including his pattern of targeting newcomers on Tinder, is disturbing. While not illegal, his actions were deeply hurtful. I believe it's important to prevent him from using dating apps like Tinder to deceive more women.

Hello, I have encountered an issue with my Tinder accounts. Earlier, I had two accounts on Tinder; one was linked to my phone number, and the other was linked to my Facebook. Today, after an update, I had to enter my phone number when logging into my Facebook-linked Tinder account. This caused both accounts to merge, and now my original Facebook-linked account is no longer accessible. I attempted to delete the merged account, but it only resulted in creating a new one when I tried to log in via Facebook. Sadly, I cannot access my original account anymore, where I hope to find my future partner. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I've been trying to log into my Tinder account for the past week, but I keep getting an error message "Something went wrong A03030." I researched how to contact Tinder support, and it seems my account has been banned for supposedly violating community rules, which I strongly disagree with. I've been a Tinder user for over 6 years without any previous problems. I believe this situation is unfair, and I request assistance to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

Today, I received a text from a person named John who claimed to have obtained my details from my non-existent Tinder profile. Despite being asleep and not responding for 20 minutes, he used inappropriate language and made me feel unsafe. I am happily married for four years, so this situation is deeply concerning. The number contacting me is [redacted], while my number is [redacted]. He possesses personal information about me, which is alarming with my young children involved. I urge for the immediate deletion of this fake account linked to my information. I can provide more details if needed. It's crucial to understand how this occurred and ensure my information is removed promptly as I have never had a Tinder account. Thank you, A.

When I first signed up for my account a year ago, I used my phone number. However, after getting banned for posting a picture that violated the rules, I switched to logging in through Facebook. Everything has been going well, but recently when I tried logging in, it asked for my phone number again, which was strange since I usually log in through Facebook. Upon entering my phone number, I received an error message stating that I've been banned from Tinder. I read the guidelines, and it mentioned contacting Tinder if I didn't receive an email about being banned. The representative I spoke to didn't provide much assistance and simply sent a generic response confirming my ban without investigating further. I'm unsure why I was banned, as my Tinder profile is clean and I always treat others with respect. If anyone has any advice on how to resolve this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.

Dear Tinder Team, I want to share some constructive feedback regarding the usage patterns of your app in the Indian gay community. While Tinder offers a superior interface and better user experience than Grindr, many users still tend to spend more time on Grindr. Through discussions with friends, I've realized that one key issue might be the lack of ongoing engagement on Tinder conversations. The current linear conversation format on Tinder leads to new chats overshadowing older ones, resulting in decreased interaction with prior connections. If users received responses from older conversations, it could refresh the stack and make interactions more engaging. Grindr, on the other hand, features continuous updates on nearby users and online status, which prompts users to revisit past conversations making it more lively and interactive. Implementing features like showing online status and nearby users, similar to Grindr, along with the option to post content visible to connections could enhance the overall user experience on Tinder. This could potentially revive old conversations and make the app more vibrant like a social network. I believe incorporating these aspects could address the issue and improve engagement on the app. Thanks for considering my feedback and I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this matter.

Hello, I recently purchased a one-month membership for Tinder, but I was confused about how the Super Like feature works. I mistakenly Super Liked many women when I intended to just Like them. Is there any way to undo the Super Likes and change them to regular Likes? Also, I would like to know how many times I can use the Like feature in a day. After using Tinder, there are no more women showing up in my area. Have I gone through all the available women? Additionally, I am unsure if someone likes me, how is it displayed - through a heart or a star icon? If they have liked me, will their contact information be visible or how can I contact them? I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.
