The issue in GetHuman-cmcsocce's own words
I recently made my tinder on Thursday, May **, **** connecting my Facebook. Everything was working fine and I had a lot of matches. On I think Sunday, June *, **** I went to open my tinder app for the first time that day and I got the message that my account couldn’t be logged out. I thought this was strange because I never tried to log out of my tinder account. I proceed to press “ok” and continued to log back in. Unfortunately it would not let me and the message that my account couldn’t be logged out popped up again. I tried logging in a few more time, I even waited a few days to try. I also shut off my phone, but nothing was working. The message kept coming up. So I ended up deleting the app itself and losing all of my matches. Today, June *, **** I redownloaded the app and created a new tinder profile. Everything was working fine for like an hour, until I go to open my app back up and the home screen came back up asking if I want to “get started” or “log in with Facebook”. Yet again my account was somehow deleted. My question is why does my account keep on getting deleted? I barely had it for an hour before my account got deleted for a second time. **I look forward to hearing from you,*Ciara
