I downloaded the Tinder app and signed in with Facebook. When prompted to enter my phone number for a confirmation code, I tried with and without the country code. Despite changing the country code to 'Kenya +', I never received the code. The error message "There was a problem getting your code. Please try again later" keeps appearing. What steps should I take to resolve this issue?

I recently installed the Tinder app, but I am unable to log on. The app was working fine for the past two weeks, but suddenly I can't access it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it four times, updated my Facebook, and even restarted my phone, but it still doesn't work. I'm new to San Francisco and would like to make new friends using the app. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

I am having a prolonged and inefficient email exchange with the Tinder team, particularly with Danielle. My account has been inexplicably blocked without any prior notice or explanation, and despite numerous messages, no practical solution has been provided. To my dismay, Tinder has ceased to respond to my inquiries. Adding to my frustration, I am unable to deactivate or delete my account without signing in, a task made impossible due to the account block. As a regular social media user, I must highlight Tinder's unhelpful behavior if the issue persists. If a resolution or a satisfactory response is not provided promptly, I will be compelled to publicly disclose this negative experience with Tinder across various social platforms. The safety concerns regarding Tinder must be brought to light, and I intend to do so shortly. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am reaching out for help regarding a connection I made on Tinder. I had a meaningful conversation with someone last night, whose name starts with J, is 21 years old, and attends UMD. Our interaction was around 4 am on April 3rd. Unfortunately, the profile somehow vanished, and I am unable to find the person. Despite my efforts, I have not been able to reconnect. I encountered freezing issues with the app initially, so I closed it and removed it from my phone. Despite trying various solutions, the problem persisted, leading me to uninstall and reinstall the app. However, upon reopening it, I realized that a conversation I had with a girl was missing. Now, the freezing problem has resurfaced. I have refrained from deleting the app due to messages from two girls that I don't want to lose. The app consistently freezes on the last viewed profile, causing my phone to either shut down with a white screen displaying the apple logo, or function sluggishly and occasionally shut down. I am reluctant to lose my conversations or have to swipe through profiles again. Each time I reinstalled the app, previously swiped profiles reappeared. I seek assistance in preserving my messages and resolving the freezing issue, as this has occurred for two consecutive days after I paid for full access. If the problem persists, I would appreciate a refund.

I created a Tinder account with a phone number, but I forgot the number later on. This account had a Tinder Plus subscription. Unable to access it, I opted to create a new account through Facebook. However, when I tried to get Tinder Plus for the new account, it informed me that the subscription was still active on the old account linked to the forgotten phone number. I waited for the old subscription to expire before purchasing a new one for the current account, which I just did today. Despite being logged into the new account during the purchase, the subscription ended up linked to the inaccessible old account. I now seek guidance on deleting the old account and obtaining a refund for the $9.99 wasted on an unusable Tinder Plus subscription due to the login issue stemming from the forgotten phone number.

I am uncertain about the incident that led to my account being inactive on Tinder two Mondays ago. I was in communication with a potential date, and now my matches are gone, leaving me frustrated. It appears that Tinder prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. Receiving automated responses prompting me to read the terms of service is not helping. I have always abided by the rules of dating platforms, and I seek clarification on why my account is inaccessible. I met someone on Tinder who I thought was perfect, but turned out to be a pedophile. The authorities are involved, but they can't press charges without him actually committing a crime. I have proof in texts that he is a danger. I want Tinder to take action to prevent him from using their platform to find victims. How can I protect my daughter and others from this predator? I believe Tinder should not allow him to use their service. How can I send the proof to Tinder and ensure our safety? The police have confirmed the texts are concerning. What steps can be taken to stop him? He targets single moms with young daughters. I want to prevent him from hurting anyone else. I have evidence of his intentions. I need to correct my age range from 57-67. The current one is too young. When I use the carousel and click on likes, I always see a pink circle at the end showing no interest. I believe there are men who liked me, but they never appear in the carousel. During a recent storm, my computer froze while talking to a man, and I lost contact with him. I'd like help finding him. Recently, all of a sudden, I stopped receiving messages on Tinder. This was odd as I was having good conversations just two days ago. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I uninstalled and reinstalled the Tinder app, a method that had worked for me in the past with similar problems. However, upon logging back in with my Facebook account, I realized that all my matches and conversations from the past week were missing. I tried logging out and back in but encountered the same problem. Then, I tried logging in using my phone number, and this time I could see my matches and conversations. One match informed me that he noticed I had two accounts and that sending messages to the other account was not successful. Another match even reached out to me through Facebook messenger, concerned that I had not been responding. I am unsure how to resolve this issue and merge my accounts.

I was chatting with someone today around 7:10pm Eastern Time, and suddenly his profile and our conversation vanished. We started talking two days ago, discussing our zodiac signs - he's a Leo born on August 1st, and I'm a Pisces. I didn't delete him, and I'm sure he didn't delete me either. Good afternoon, I encountered an error message ([redacted]) when trying to log into my Tinder account, indicating that it was either removed or banned for violating terms of service. I did not receive any notification or reason for this termination and suspect unjust reporting by other users due to my transgender identity being prominently displayed. Despite Tinder's inclusive stance on gender, I feel discriminated against and unfairly targeted. I have discovered a profile in Seoul using my pictures, including some of a minor. These images were taken from my old profile, which I deleted due to this situation. Although I don't know the user's name, location, or contact details, friends have informed me about this profile in Seoul. It is using my photos inaccurately, posing a threat to my job security and safety as a member of the U.S. Armed Forces. I am seeking help to have it removed from Tinder. I recently decided to reset my matches on Tinder to start fresh, as everything was going smoothly with about [redacted] matches coming in daily. Some time back, I switched mobile devices. When I reinstalled Tinder and tried to log in with my Facebook account, I discovered I had two different accounts on Facebook. This resulted in me creating a new account on Tinder instead of signing into my previous one. Unfortunately, I can't remember the password for the Facebook account linked to Tinder. To make things more complicated, both my Facebook accounts have the same email, so changing the password affects the wrong account. This has left me unable to access my Tinder account because I can't manage the right Facebook account. I would like to either delete the Tinder account or gain access to it so I can create a new account connected to my current Facebook account. Can someone please help me with this issue?
