I signed up for a one-month subscription on Tinder and only used it for two weeks before cancelling my account. Despite deleting my account, I was charged an additional $30. I have tried to follow the advice of a customer service representative to access my deleted account and cancel it, but I cannot log in. I demand a full refund of the $30 that was charged unlawfully. I encountered an issue logging into one of my two accounts. I had one account for myself and another for a toy representing our group. We created a Tinder account for fun, but it was deleted due to numerous reports. I checked the community guidelines and found no violations. The account was purely for entertainment, not to deceive or offend anyone. I never sent any inappropriate messages. After completing a profile form on your site and exiting at the payment stage, I unexpectedly started receiving matches from Match.com. It appears that Match.com obtained my data from your platform and enrolled me without my consent. This violation of my privacy concerns me greatly. I urge you to prevent Match.com from accessing customers' details without permission, including email addresses. I accidentally signed up for Tinder back in February, thinking it would only cost me £11 to see who liked my photo. However, Tinder charged me for a year's subscription upfront, which was a surprise as I expected it to be £11 per month. I deleted my Tinder account four months ago due to a new relationship and uninstalled the app. For some reason, my paid subscription was renewed even though I don't have an active account. I recently discovered that my matches have been removed from my page without me unmatching them. Despite having them still on my page, they are not receiving my messages as they confirmed to me. They cannot see me, my pictures, or our conversations. I even purchased a ticket to meet one of my matches, and now it seems like a waste due to issues with Tinder. I am a paying member and this situation is disappointing. I contacted Tinder's Technical Support yesterday, but the problem remains unresolved. I find Tinder's Technical Support to be frustrating in this matter.

After logging into Tinder with Facebook, I encountered an error message. I recently joined Tinder, sent two harmless messages, and strictly followed the Terms of Service. I recently downloaded the app and have been using Tinder for a while now. I receive notifications when I have a message, but when I try to check my messages, nothing appears. The blue circle keeps spinning, and the messages won't load. Despite getting notifications about new messages, I can't see them. I have attempted to resolve this by restarting my phone, but the issue persists with the messages not loading. I experienced a technical issue while trying to log in to my Tinder account. I created my Tinder account on Thursday, May 31, [redacted], by connecting it to Facebook. Initially, everything was running smoothly with plenty of matches.
