Hi, I have a tinder account*Jeffrey Preston************Canada Ontario*M*A*B***On May **th I opted in to the tinder plus membership which states that it is $**.** per month for ** months. No where did it state that Tinder would take all ** months up front for the subscription as that is what it did. I would appreciate my tinder plus to be canceled and to be refunded the amount of $***.**. As for I would have never signed up if this is how you enroll customers. Your description of how the funds will be extracted from ones credit card should be more specific. I have already called my credit card company after they read the subscription clause, they stated that this would be considered fraudulent activity as for your explanations for how you will be charged does not state anywhere that the ** months would have to be paid upfront. I would appreciate a speedy response on this issue.
