Basically, I want TikTok to allow me to put my phone number into my TikTok account.**It all started back when I had my first channel. It was banned (though no warnings were given nor any strike system is present to this day, and I can't even have it reactivated because the "appease time period" is up, even though I was never notified of that) and I was forced to start over with a second account.**Everything was going fine, but then a problem arose. I can not send private messages on tiktok. It requires me to input my phone number in order to message others. But when I entered it, it says that it cannot be accepted because the number has been registered to another account (AKA my first account).**I've emailed TikTok directly about this issue but they are absolutely negligent and unprofessional! They will reply at first but once they ask me for the name of my old account and I reply they will not respond at all. And even when I follow up with them to ask what is going on, they will not reply, as if I was put on a blacklist.*I am getting very upset about this because I really want to be a TikTok ambassador, but they won't even give me a chance.**I've already emailed them wanting to file a complaint.**It is something very simple I want. I want TikTok to remove my phone number from my old banned account so I can use it in my new one. And also, I request that I also have the chance to download any videos on that old account that I do not have saved on my phone
