Our tickets for the Bruins and Blackhawks game on March 10 at 7pm seem to have disappeared. We received an email to accept them, but when we try to view the tickets, they are not there. I have been trying to reach out to you for the past three weeks regarding my purchase of 2 tickets for the JOJO Siwa DREAM Tour concert on March 9, [redacted], at the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa, Ontario. The tickets were issued by Ticketmaster located at [redacted] Boulevard St-Laurent, Montreal, QC. Following the cancellation of the concert, I am eligible for a refund. However, my original credit card used for the purchase has expired, leaving me unsure how to proceed with the refund process. I am wondering if it's possible to receive the refund through another credit card or alternative method. I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times without success as the automated phone system does not provide me with the necessary options. I bought them because they sent a picture of verified tickets in TM, but then they never sent them. I believe it was fraud, and they made fake tickets. Is there anything that can be done about this? Shouldn’t they get in serious trouble for faking tickets and stealing my money? I have proof of conversations with fake tickets. I want to send all that and see what can be done since they claimed to have bought tickets through Ticketmaster. Please reach back out, and I can provide conversations. I am unable to attach any documents here.

I accidentally purchased four tickets instead of five for the August 8th baseball game between the NY Yankees and the Seattle Mariners. Subsequently, I bought an additional five tickets for the same game on the same day in a different section, hoping to refund the first order easily. However, I was unable to get in touch with Ticketmaster through email, chat, or requests. I am looking to cancel and receive a refund for the initial order of four tickets for the Seattle Mariners vs. New York Yankees game on August 8th while keeping the five tickets for the same date. I purchased tickets for the April 29, [redacted] Bill Burr concert in Window through Ticketmaster. The concert has been postponed, and refunds are being offered. I tried to request a refund by clicking the "Request Refund" button in my account ([redacted]), but it just shows a pop-up with a loading symbol for 45 minutes. I would like to live chat, but there is no "Contact us" button on the Details screen. How can I proceed with getting my refund for order # 22-[redacted]/TOR?

I recently tried to change my password on Ticketmaster after being prompted for the first time in years. However, I encountered a problem as my login email was linked to a work email that is no longer active due to my retirement. Despite updating my contact information with a current email last September, I still can't log in to retrieve the one-time code needed to change my password. This has left me unable to access my tickets for an event happening tomorrow night, even though I have receipts from Ticketmaster and PayPal. I attempted to create a new account with Ticketmaster to resolve the issue, but merging accounts has not been successful. I am reaching out to Ticketmaster to request assistance in accessing my account promptly.

I am looking to buy tickets for the Madness concert at Brockwell Park on 2 June this year. I tried to purchase them online and selected mobile tickets since I reside in Spain and cannot get them delivered here. However, I encountered issues logging into the Ticketmaster app. Even though my password is correct, it keeps saying it's wrong. When setting up my profile in the app, I couldn't find the UK listed as a country for my English bank card. I prefer to pay with my UK card in pounds but couldn't select the UK as my country. I'm worried about buying the tickets online and not being able to access them in the app. It seems like the problem might be due to using the international Ticketmaster app, which is the only one available in the Appstore.

Hello, I bought tickets for tonight's concert back in November as a Christmas present for my daughter. The tickets were supposed to be transferable starting on March 14th. However, I am having trouble transferring them on Ticketmaster. When I try to click on the "transfer now" button, nothing happens. The tickets are set for will call, but I won't be attending, and when I try to change the delivery method, I get an error message. I also attempted to email, but encountered an error. I paid $[redacted].00 for these tickets and really want my daughter and her cousin to go tonight. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. I thought about sending her with the credit card I used and my ID, but I doubt that would be sufficient. Thank you in advance for your help.

I am having trouble accessing my Ticketmaster account and need help resolving it. I purchased concert tickets through Ticketmaster, but it seems my account was blocked. Despite being from Russia, another account of mine from Russia is functional. I need access to my tickets to sell them as my travel plans have been disrupted due to a canceled flight. I have submitted a refund request with the help of a Ticketmaster colleague 10 days ago but have not received a response. The event is approaching soon, and I am unsure what steps to take next. We were looking forward to attending a concert last week through Ticketmaster, but unfortunately, we encountered an issue with the tickets we received from my fiancé's brother. I had three tickets to see Journey on their Freedom Tour with special guest Toto. Despite having the tickets for a while, there were issues at the concert entrance when they couldn't scan my phone correctly. The staff at the booth couldn't resolve the problem, so we had to go upstairs to find out that I was moved due to a camera, missing 15 minutes of Toto's performance. They seated me, my sister, and my mother apart, even though I bought the tickets together. It was frustrating not being able to enjoy the concert properly and feeling like my experience wasn't valued. My sister had to speak with staff multiple times to finally be moved back together, facing more seat confusion. This whole experience has made me hesitant about using Ticketmaster in the future.

I purchased [redacted] Summer Season Lawn Passes at Coastal Credit Union Pavilion in Raleigh, NC on March 4, [redacted]. The charge appears on my statement as FGTLN Lawn Pass. I bought 3 passes totaling $[redacted]. However, I suspect I may have entered the wrong email address as I have not received a confirmation or the tickets yet. I have attempted to track them using the email option provided by Live Nation, which redirected me to Ticket Master. Unfortunately, Ticket Master was unable to locate the tickets and advised me to contact the original company. As Live Nation owns Ticket Master, I believe they should be able to assist me in locating my tickets through the information I provided. If this issue remains unresolved, I am considering involving my bank to address this potential fraud.

I checked my account, and it shows NO UPCOMING EVENTS, even though I received an email confirming my booking to see Russell Brand in Bath on 17th May [redacted]. I have the email receipt, but my tickets seem to have disappeared. My father and I have been excited about this event since I booked the tickets around 30th November [redacted]. I'm concerned about this situation as my account doesn't reflect the booked event. It's frustrating not to find a telephone number to call for assistance. Was I deceived by this ticket purchase process that lacks transparency?

I need assistance with a recent TicketMaster promotion. Today, I received an email offering Buy 1 Get 1 Free on select performances of Tootsie at the San Jose Center for the Performing Arts. The offer is valid for shows from April 19th to April 24th, [redacted], in San Jose, California. The promotional code provided is BOGOTO, and the offer ends today on March 29th. I attempted to purchase two tickets for the Friday, April 22nd show, but when I applied the code, I received an error message stating it was invalid. I followed the instructions, typing and even copy-pasting the code, but I was unable to proceed with the purchase. I have tickets for the Garth Brooks concert at Nissan Stadium, order #[redacted]72. My husband is permanently disabled and uses a wheelchair. Our seats are in section K, row 17, seats 8/9/10. I've been trying to find out if we can get a wheelchair to our seats, but I haven't received a response. I myself have limited mobility due to breathing problems and past back surgeries. I am having trouble entering my credit card information for multiple cards due to error message U103. It instructs me to re-enter the card number or contact 1-[redacted], but no one is answering the phone. I keep getting disconnected when I try to leave a voicemail. I need assistance resolving this issue so I can purchase two tickets for the Milwaukee Blues Festival on April 8th. I have been a member since [redacted] and have never encountered this problem. Additionally, regarding Klarna, it is just counting down and then returning a message about providing a fair chance for everyone to buy tickets. I have been attempting to purchase tickets for days and have already missed out on row E seats 14 and 15; I don't want to miss out on row F seats as well. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I purchased 6 tickets for the Monster Show at the Buell Theater for my 3-year-old grandson. Despite having bought the tickets before the COVID immunization requirement, we were denied entry without proof. Ticketmaster has refused to refund us. I am now reaching out to Ticketmaster to request a refund for the 6 tickets and to purchase an additional ticket for the pit pass.
