I am seeking assistance with obtaining a refund for the Eagles concert in Phoenix last September. I followed Ticketmaster's outlined steps to request a refund in an email before the show. The refund was promised if attendees couldn't meet the new Covid guidelines set by the venue. I submitted my request before the deadline indicated, and it seemed my refund was approved. Initially, the status showed "refund pending" with a note mentioning the refund would be processed 30 days after the event. Despite this, I received a mere $5 refund in November, whereas my original tickets cost $[redacted]. Believing it could be a fee refund, I waited, but no further refund came through. I've since emailed "customer service" four times and received automated responses each time, claiming I am ineligible for a refund as my event has passed. Unfortunately, I have been unable to speak to a live representative for assistance.

I purchased tickets on my phone for the Journey & Billy Idol concert on March 28, [redacted], using my email [redacted] Although my email is active, I don't check it daily. Last week, I could access my tickets using that email but now my Ticketmaster password no longer works with it. I tried to reset it, but I can't receive the code as the email is no longer accessible. I have another Ticketmaster account linked to [redacted] I have contacted Ticketmaster multiple times about this issue but haven't received a solution. I even sought help from justanswer, but they couldn't assist and charged me. I already know how to reset my password, and I can be reached at [redacted] to receive the reset code. I have tickets for a concert on Tuesday that I need assistance with. The order number is 50 [redacted]/NYB, and I have the last four digits of the American Express card used. Unfortunately, the person who purchased the tickets passed away, but his wife provided a copy of the order and sent the tickets to me. The concert is on March 1 at 7:30 PM in Belmont Park, Long Island, featuring John Mayer. I appreciate any help in resolving this matter, as I now have the tickets and his email information. I bought tickets early in [redacted] for Santana and Earth, Wind & Fire at Ruoff in Indianapolis, IN. Order #55-[redacted]/CH2. After a COVID cancellation on 5/9/[redacted], I had to repurchase three tickets at $54.35 each. The rescheduled date for [redacted] (7/8/[redacted]) doesn't work for me due to the pandemic. I will not be in town that day. I am wondering if there's any way I can either get a refund or exchange the tickets for a different performer. I will be in Indiana on July 3rd and am interested in possibly exchanging the tickets. The tickets are for Lawn 1 Row 8, seats 11, 12, and 13, General Admission for the 7/8/22 show of Santana + Earth, Wind & Fire: Miraculous Supernatural Tour. There's a Jack Johnson concert on July 3rd. Can I please exchange or get a refund for the Santana/EWF tickets? I am open to alternatives like getting tickets to the Jack Johnson concert instead if that's feasible. The original purchase was made using a credit card.

I bought two tickets for the JoJo Siwa concert on March 9, [redacted], at the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa, Ontario. The event has been rescheduled multiple times due to Covid and is now canceled. The tickets are refundable, but the credit card I used is no longer valid. Can Ticket Master issue the refund to a different credit card or through another method? I own a Macbook Air, iPhone, and iPad, and I am experiencing difficulties while trying to order tickets, sign in to my account, or view my account information. Despite resetting my password as prompted, I keep encountering an error message saying "Something went wrong," which leads me in a frustrating loop. I receive an email acknowledging that the password change was successful. Additionally, when using any browser, I am presented with a message that interrupts my browsing, suggesting abnormal browsing behavior. I am prompted to confirm if I am a bot or if certain browser settings may be causing the issue, such as disabled JavaScript or third-party plugins like Ghostery or NoScript, which I don't have installed. Although I use a VPN on all my devices, disabling it has not resolved the problem.

After exchanging multiple emails and not receiving a response, I kindly ask for this matter to be escalated to a manager. I fulfill all the necessary requirements for a switch but am unable to make a new purchase due to existing limits. Consequently, I cannot provide a new order number. I am disappointed that the tickets I initially wanted, [redacted] Q 1-4, are no longer available. I now wish to transfer to [redacted] N 7-10. My original order number is 28-[redacted]/DET under the name Doug Harrison. I attempted to call the 1-[redacted] number but faced further complications. I purchased a Campervan/Caravan Pass ticket for Download [redacted], which was canceled due to Covid-19. I was informed that the ticket would be valid for the rescheduled event, but I have not received a refund for the original purchase. Despite contacting Ticketmaster several times, I have only received automated responses and unhelpful messages from different representatives. On 3/5/[redacted], we faced problems buying tickets due to errors and missing confirmations on Ticket Master. Despite this, multiple charges appeared on our bank statement and my husband's Master Card. We did manage to purchase tickets successfully later on Vivid Seats. Still, we are troubled by the unauthorized charges from Ticket Master, which are causing undue stress. We urgently require clarification and resolution for this issue. Thank you, Vince Brothers.

I bought 3 tickets from Ticketmaster to see Tim McGraw at the San Antonio Rodeo. Due to heavy traffic, we couldn't make it to the concert despite arriving around 12:30. I contacted Ticketmaster multiple times via phone and email requesting assistance to either change the show time or receive a credit. Finally, on the following Monday, I spoke to a representative who seemed surprised by the situation. I even took photos of the traffic to support my claim. The tickets cost $[redacted], a birthday gift for my mother. The representative promised to process a refund, but I later received a message saying the tickets were scanned, which I find impossible as I had them on my phone and didn't enter the concert. I feel unfairly treated and believe Ticketmaster may be involved in some sort of scam.

Order # [redacted]9, I have a concert in 2 days! I bought 2 tickets for "English Beat" in Austin on March 9th. I received notification that the ticket transfer was successful. Despite trying over 20 times, I cannot access my Ticketmaster account. It prompted me to change my password, but the reset code does not arrive within the 30-minute limit. A friend sent tickets to my Ticketmaster account, but upon checking, my Ticketmaster account showed no tickets. After a three-hour delay, I received an email asking me to accept the tickets, which I did, adding them to my Apple Wallet. Now, though, my Ticketmaster account still does not display any tickets or events. There seems to be a disconnect between my account and the tickets I have. I am reaching out regarding the rescheduled Lady Gaga concert at Fenway Park in Boston on Friday, August 19, [redacted]. I purchased four tickets for the Billie Eilish concert in Louisville, KY, happening this Friday, March 11th. I need to travel to attend, but the tickets I bought through Ticketmaster haven't appeared in my app. A few days ago, a representative said it would take 3-5 business days to attach them to my account. Hello, I know this might be an unusual request, but I'm really eager to attend an Olivia Rodrigo concert without having to pay an exorbitant price for tickets. I understand if there's nothing that can be done, but it would truly make a difference for me. I am willing to purchase the tickets at a fair rate, but unfortunately, that doesn't seem feasible.
