Hello, I have bought tickets for the Paloma Faith concert at Motorpoint Arena Cardiff on October 18, [redacted], at 6:30 p.m. Unfortunately, there seems to be a mistake with the email address provided for the E-tickets. The correct email should be [redacted], but it was entered as [redacted] The tickets I purchased are for Section BLK8, Row B, Seats 21 and 22, and the total price I paid was £[redacted].00. Could you kindly contact my daughter to address this issue as I am not very familiar with handling emails? If necessary, my daughter can provide the card details used for the purchase. Feel free to ask for any additional information needed to resolve the situation. Thank you.

I requested to exchange my tickets for the Magic Fusion event from Wednesday to Thursday. The email I received instructed me to book new tickets and provide the receipt code for the exchange. The instructions allowed for exchanges within a long-running event series, which Magic Fusion qualifies for as it has been running for 6 years, 7 days a week, with 2 shows per day until [redacted]. Following the guidelines, I booked new tickets at a cost of $[redacted] and submitted the receipts for the old tickets refund over 24 hours before the event. However, the subsequent email stated I had to switch to the same date, which contradicted the initial instructions. I believe there was a misunderstanding by your representative who may not have thoroughly reviewed the guidelines. Please process the refund for my initial ticket purchase. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]/[redacted].

I purchased a ticket for the Counting Crows concert in NYC and received an email from Ticketmaster. However, when I tried to "Accept Tickets" through the link provided, I encountered an error page stating "Not allowed." Unfortunately, I'm unable to access Ticketmaster's app or website outside the US, and I have not been able to reach their customer support for assistance. Despite my numerous emails to various addresses on their site, they have all been returned. I will be in NYC in October and I am concerned about potentially losing my ticket before then.

Hello, I bought tickets for a show but accidentally bought tickets in the wrong section. I'd like a refund for the incorrect seat I purchased so that it can be available for someone else. I've already purchased another ticket in the right section but I now have an extra ticket for a seat far from the others. Thank you.

Hello, I recently contacted your support team regarding selling my tickets but the response I received was not helpful. I am looking to either sell the tickets, get a refund, or receive credit. When I initially bought the tickets, there was a glitch on the screen during the sale, and I accidentally ordered more tickets than intended. I am having trouble putting the tickets up for sale as it keeps showing an error message, and I am unsure why. I would appreciate it if someone could get in touch with me to assist with this matter. Thank you.

I was contemplating purchasing tickets for an event and was just checking the prices including taxes. However, I ended up not buying them as my plans changed. Surprisingly, when I returned from work, I found an email confirming the ticket purchase along with insurance, even though I did not proceed with the transaction. I have been trying to contact customer service since Saturday, but the automated messages inform me that the refund deadline has passed for the event. I was unaware the tickets were purchased in the first place, and I have not received any communication regarding this issue. Despite my repeated attempts, I have not been able to speak with a representative or receive a refund. My preference is for a full refund rather than a credit or exchange.

I purchased tickets for the Hall and Oates/Squeeze concert in Saratoga Springs through Vivid Seats, with order # [redacted]7. Originally planned for 8/31/[redacted], the event was rescheduled to 8/15/[redacted] due to the pandemic. Despite my account stating that the tickets were delivered electronically, I have not received them after checking all my email folders. After a lengthy chat with Venice on 7/22/[redacted], the ticket status changed to Processing and then back to Delivered on 8/1/[redacted], with still no tickets in my inbox. A subsequent chat with Nadieshda reiterated the tickets were transferred and accepted, but I never received them. Vivid Seats claim Ticketmaster is responsible, but I do not see any pending tickets in my Ticketmaster account. Ticketmaster's customer service redirects users to their website for assistance, which is unhelpful as I have no pending events. This has been a frustrating experience.

I had to purchase two tickets for the Avett Brothers and Willie Nelson concert on Saturday, August 7 at Breese Stevens Field in Madison as I couldn't transfer my first ticket to an ADA seat. Despite finding a local box office at the Sylvee that could sell me an ADA ticket, thus leading me to buy a second ticket, I was disappointed that the ADA seating at Breese Stevens Field had obstructed views. The staff member at the Sylvee mentioned Ticketmaster would issue a refund for the second seat, but after reaching out with both order numbers before the show, I received no response. I am requesting a refund for the two tickets as the situation was not as expected.

I faced difficulties trying to transfer my ticket to an ADA seat for the Avett Brothers and Willie Nelson concert in Madison on Saturday, August 7. Despite purchasing a second ticket as advised by the box office at the Sylvee, I have not been able to receive a refund for the first ticket as promised. Additionally, the ADA seating at Breese Stevens Field was obstructed, affecting my experience at the concert. I reached out to Ticketmaster prior to the event but did not receive any response regarding my refund request. I am disappointed with the situation and am seeking a refund for both tickets due to the circumstances that transpired.

I bought a ticket for a show at the Majestic Theater in San Antonio, Texas on July 10th, [redacted], along with a parking pass in early June. The parking machine caused issues for me and others entering and leaving the garage that evening. Ticketmaster promised me an $11.00 credit for the parking problem, but I haven't received it yet. I was given a confirmation code by a Parkwhiz representative to address this with Ticketmaster, but no credit has been processed. I hope to hear from someone soon regarding the status of my credit. I prefer to return calls rather than answering unknown numbers. Thank you.

I attempted to renew my NFL London season ticket today, but I couldn't recall all my login information. I followed the on-screen instructions, but after waiting for five hours, I still haven't received the email to reset my login details as promised. I've been using my email all day without any issues, so I know it's working. I've tried logging in multiple times without success, and during one attempt, I was prompted to contact the box office urgently. Unfortunately, all the Ticketmaster phone lines are closed now. These struggles have taken a toll on me due to my PTSD, anxiety, and clinical depression. I'm feeling exhausted and frustrated. I'm Tony Wigley from 36 Berry Street, Lochgelly, KY5 9NJ. You can reach me at [redacted]9. I don't have my order information, but I have details of my previous seat locations. My wife and I really don't want to miss these games. Please assist. Thanks, Tony

I have been attempting to call your customer service line without success. If necessary, please reach out to me at [redacted]. Upon reviewing my email, I noticed that someone has transferred me tickets to the Harry Styles concert on October 25. I accepted the tickets, and the process was straightforward. I'm in possession of the order number and I'm seeking confirmation of its validity, as I find it unusual that the tickets were free and that they are for prime seats at the venue. I'm uncertain about the legitimacy of this transaction and hope for clarification. Enclosed is the order number 8-[redacted]/NY2 for reference.

I bought tickets to a comedy show last year. The event has been rescheduled three times. I have my order number, but I haven't received the tickets. Ticketmaster emailed me on 5/3/21 saying the event is now on 12/11/21. When I log in, my ticket purchase history is missing from my account. I've tried contacting them via email with no response. Does anyone else have this problem? I need help getting proof of my purchase online or a refund for these $[redacted] tickets.

I bought Dave Matthews tickets for my daughter months ago before Covid. The concert was postponed due to Covid. With it being tomorrow, we are desperate because she misplaced the tickets and I can't access my account to print them. I see the purchase, but I can't open either ticket for printing. There is no direct customer service number to call. I have emailed multiple times, but all I receive are the same instructions to access my account, which is not working. The concert is tomorrow, and I am not only losing the ticket price but also her birthday gift. I have asked for help to resolve this issue, could you please check my purchase and send me a link to access the tickets for printing? Thank you.

I am a caregiver for a disabled person and I hold 2 tickets for Rag and Bone Man at Kenwood House today. I took the day off work to assist Miss Cathy O'Driscoll to the concert, only to discover the event was canceled. We learned of the cancellation when Miss O'Driscoll called Kenwood House about disability parking. No cancellation email was received, and tickets were still available for purchase late last night. This lack of communication is not only poor customer service but also incredibly frustrating. Planning for someone with disabilities takes considerable effort, and losing a day's salary adds to the disappointment. Regrettably, we will miss seeing Rag and Bone Man today, and I am very let down by Ticketmaster's customer service. Please contact me at the email provided to share your response and provide a copy of your cancellation policy. Thank you, A. Riley

I have a situation with my coach ticket for Leeds festival next weekend. A friend purchased 3 weekend tickets and 3 coach tickets from Leicester. After trying to transfer the tickets to my phone, we discovered the coach tickets were not valid because they needed to be "redeemed" to secure the spots. Despite the money being taken from our accounts, one coach spot from Leicester had sold out, leaving me without a seat. This is frustrating since the ticket was bought months ago. I am now unsure how to reach the festival. The order confirmation was 61-[redacted]/UK5 with voucher code TMLFWE21554E978BB. I am seeking a full refund due to the inconvenience. I am eager to receive a response. Thank you.

I have been trying to contact you regarding my concert tickets for tonight. I have sent multiple emails over the past three weeks without any response until this morning when I was informed that my ticket sale was canceled on June 4th. I had not received any notification about this and missed out on the money. When I tried to transfer the tickets, the recipient could not access them, and I am unable to cancel the transfer. I urgently need access to these tickets to either print them for the person I sold them to or receive a full refund for the lack of communication and inconvenience. My order number is 41-[redacted]/DAL. I have been trying all day, and now it's concert time, but I still cannot access my tickets, the transfer recipient can't access them, and the status has changed to sold without any email notification. This situation is incredibly frustrating and unfair to customers.

Order 20-[redacted]-WES I bought tickets for the Outlaw Music Festival using my VISA ending in x3732. After selling the tickets through Ticketmaster, I haven't received payment. Instead, I keep getting messages to update payment information to an expired AMEX card ending in x2004, which is not linked to my Ticketmaster account anymore. Despite my efforts, the money hasn't been transferred to the correct card. I contacted AMEX, but they haven't received any funds from Ticketmaster for the outdated card either. I request that Ticketmaster process the payment to the original VISA card I used for the ticket purchase or send me a check. Thank you, H. C. [redacted]

I have three UB40 tickets originally booked for July 20, [redacted], now rescheduled to August 21, [redacted] due to COVID-19. Unfortunately, we had to deal with unforeseen circumstances. One ticket was already given away, and a recent family death followed by one person contracting COVID-19 while the rest of us are in close contact means we must isolate. We're unable to attend due to these compounding issues. We were hoping for a refund or credit under these exceptional circumstances. The tickets were a Christmas gift for my daughter, Ms. Kristie Cowling, and me, intended for a family day out. The situation has been challenging, and we hope for a prompt resolution. Thank you, Ms. M Cowling.

I am interested in buying tickets to see the band 'Dry Cleaning' at The Forum in Kentish Town, London in March [redacted]. I'm unable to receive e-tickets on my old phone. It would be great to speak to a person about this, but the contact numbers provided online are not working. Could you please contact me at 07[redacted]46? If not, kindly send the tickets to my email at [redacted] so I can print them. I really want to see Dry Cleaning and would appreciate your assistance. Thank you. Looking forward to your prompt response. Vincent.
