The issue in GetHuman-shishjoh's own words
Saturday *st December *.** pm train from Meadowhall to Grimsby. First class tickets booked because I thought there were benefits to paying a good deal more money for a much more pleasant journey than being cramped in the standard ticket carriages. I did not expect to have to battle my way to my RESERVED seats because it was chocca with passengers standing ( do those passengers actually have a first class ticker) to find my RESERVED seats occupied and then have to ask the occupants to move which eventually with a lot of reluctance they did. i was then told that asking them to move so we could sit in our RESERVED seats shouldn’t be allowed. Then one of the dissatisfied passengers actually sat on the end of our table. I feel very strongly that I’m due a refund of the extra money I spent on First Class tickets.
GetHuman-shishjoh did not yet indicate what The Trainline should do to make this right.
