Get from Blois Chambord in France to Manchester airport England ... I booked tickets through your app for both myself and my ** year old son. *I have photos of the tickets but here are the basic details:*Monday *th August - France*Blois Chambord **.** to St-Pierre-des-Corps arriving **.**. This train was through SNCF and was destined for Nantes.* My next train link was at St-Pierre-des-Corps at **.** to Paris Roissy CDG arriving at **.**. *My plane was from Paris Roissy CDG at **.** to Manchester. This gave me * and a half hours for the flight link.*Unfortunately, a few minutes after the train left my initial destination (Blois), it slowed to a stop and broke down. We were not allowed to leave the train (which was in ** degree heat for * HOURS). They opened the doors but were not allowed out. Eventually we had to walk along the track and were taken by coach back to Blois. This was at **.**. Less than * hours before my flight. There was no way I could make it to the airport before check in closed and the flight left at **.** so I missed my flight also. I missed my link from St-Pierre-des-Corps to the airport as well and the next one was at **.** so I couldn't use that as the train journey to the airport would get me there after my flight.* I would like therefore to be reimbursed for the * tickets from Blois to St-Pierre-des-Corps and then the * tickets from St-Pierre-des-Corps to CDG airport. I am not sure if therefore the responsibility for missing my flight also lies with Trainline - please advise on this.*I went to the help desk at Blois station but they said as it was booked through Trainline, the responsibility lay there.*I have a slip however from SNCF showing that the train no ****** (with a date stamp on) was delayed - the reason being 'panne catenaire' - catenary failure - whatever that is!**THe ticket cost from Trainline was £***.** in total and from Easy Jet - £***.**. *Thanks and I hope you can help?? *Jenny Thomas
