I applied for a contract device (Blue P ** Lite) on **.**.**. I then received a pre-approval mail and a call from a consultant on **.**.**, informing me that my application has been approved. An amount of R*** was deducted from my account on **.**.** but I have not received any communication with regards to my order.**May I request that this information is communicated to me via e-mail or have a consultant get back to me.**Nqobile Mkwanazi*****************@***.com
