Trying to cancel my landline. The Retirement Home which my husband and I will be moving into, only has Vodacom *Fibre. I would also like to keep my existing number. ... I need to cancel my Telkom landline. I am moving to another*Residence and they only have *Vodacom. However I would like to keep my landline number.*Please Email me a Cancellation form.*Many thanks *Gail Schupp
I have not been able to contact TelKom Cancellation*Section.
It would make it easier if I could either Email the *above information to them, or obtain the correct *number to call them. I have tried the number*which you kindly gave me, a few times but have *had no success.
We have been customers since ****. *Have always paid our account before *the due date.
We are now in lockdown at the German Home, so I *am not able to go to the nearest Telkom office.
