This is not anything that I need or want to have printed on the web* however, I found no other area to write my recent concern. On Sept. **, ****, I fell while attempting to step down from the curb to cross over from the parking lot and into the LoneTree Target and fractured my hip. Target employees did take minimal information and called the ambulance service. I guess as one ages accidents become more prevalent and this one cost me ** weeks of my normal routine. * Today, December *, ****, I was checking out at the self-help area and noticed a woman with a small dog on a leash. The dog was not wearing a Service Dog vest but appeared to be simply a pet. I've had and lost two dogs and I know how important they are in our lives, although they and their leashes do not belong in public stores and especially at this busy time of the year. I have no desire to have a dog walk in front of me with the potential of tripping me up with its leash. As noted from many airline stories, the therapy pet*dog issue has gone too far. Again, as an older, though still relatively active citizen, I would like Target as well as other businesses to post and regulate a no dog policy.*Thank you,*Joan Steines**Please Do Not Post The Above Online.
