I am trying to help my daughter who cannot handle this matter from work. Both of us have called and gotten nowhere. My daughter ordered a threshold rug and it is defective (torn down side). She does not have transportation to return unless She rents car. Also no store nearby. Cannot repackage, cannot leave in lobby for pickup and cannot afford to take off work to be there for pick up. I am told She cannot get replacement til She returns defective rug. No refund, no replacement, and She has a rug that arrived defective. I suggested she order from Target because of your customer service but I am disappointed in the difficulty We have encountered in getting a Target brand defective product replaced. She is stuck with a damaged rug and cannot get a refund or a replacement unless She goes to expense of renting a car or taking off work. *Is there anything you can do to help her get a replacement or a refund for the damaged rug? *Thanks for your help.
