On March **, ****, just before the start of my cruise I purchased items amounting to ***.** at your store ***** in Palm Springs California,...one of them a Nine West rose colored purse which on the way to the airport realized the zipper on the purse did not close properly. I was unable to use it on the cruise and when I returned went to the store for a refund or exchange. They would not give me a refund even with the credit card showing the date and amount of the purchase. What can you do for me. I can take a picture of my credit card receipt.
