I purchased a item on line because of an email I received stating that it was free shipping until January **th. I was charged anyway so I called the toll free number and the first rep I spoke to wasn't helpful at all. I called back and the *nd rep asked I email a picture of the email I had received. I sent it ** times and it never went through, unless I didn't get the correct email or I was blocked. I've made many puchases from TJMaxx in the store and on line. I'm very disappointed that I'm not able to get anyone to address this and refund the shipping fee.
