I was given a TJ Maxx $**.** e-gift card as a gift and when I went to redeem it at our local TJMaxx I was told the card only had a balance of ** cents remaining. When I called customer service to inquire about this issue I was told the e-gift card number had been used at a Marshall's store in another state. I am assuming that myself and another customer were issued the same e- card number by mistake. I notified my my sister-in-law (Karen Talty) who purchased the e-card for me. She also called and reported the issue and was told that it would be looked into. It has been over a month and we have not received any information. Thank you, Monet Talty (***)***-****
