The issue in GetHuman-hellova's own words
I received a letter from TD Bank, N.A. Customer Service Department. In that letter, it says I may contact the Dispute Resolution Specialist at the number listed. The number is not a working number. Everything else I try to call in the letter sends me back to the company I am having the dispute with and don't feel I can get a fair resolution from the company I am accusing of doing wrong. I got through to one number but they don't identify themselves as TD Bank until you ask. Then when I asked to speak to the person on the letter, they disconnect my call. I am feeling very uncomfortable right now and all of the numbers I call for TD Bank Customer Service want an account number and won't accept the one I give them. I only took out the loan because I was comfortable with the bank name, now I don't know who I have the loan with. Could you please give me a way to contact a live person so I can get this matter straightened out?
