I live abroad (UK). I have a TD Bank checking account. I enrolled for online banking so I could check my current balance, see recent transactions, etc and for a number of years this worked just fine. Then it stopped working - incorrect username * password or both? I have tried the "forgot username, forgot password" routine on the website and it doesn't work for me - no resetting takes place. I have attempted to contact them by phone on several occasions, over many, many months! I never get through to speak to anyone. Even when the automated voice says that I am waiting in a queue and I choose the option for them to call me back when it's my turn, they never do. Living in UK I do not have ATM card. The only way to check the balance, etc, was to use the online service. I do receive a paper statement every month but this is always arrives one month after the statement month.*How do I want it fixed? I just need them to sort the problem - reset my username, password, etc. I can't get over there to use a branch as I'm over here in the UK!
